Are there any alternative ways to handle this in a positive way?

**** man my progression just passed like this. Very, Very tough.

My Neptune was in 2nd house squaring my 12th house mon in scorp. Never been so down and out in my life. Positive thing is I truly understand depression at its finest. All I can say is Neptune is the planet of dreams and illusions whatever happens is not as bad as it seems. Your sensitivity will increase. I discovered I can play a mean guitar during this position. Try and find something creative to pour your emotions/feelings

I am going through this transit now, have just had two hits, direct and retrograde one.
What other transits are you having? In my case, I am finishing up with hard Chiron and Saturn transits so they help me stay a little bit more grounded, although in a harsh way. I have to deal now with many practical problems and disillusionment in my love life, so I can’t afford to be overwhelmed by this Neptune square Moon. There are so many things going on, that it’s hard to say how it’s affecting me to be honest.

With Neptune transits it’s always good to stay grounded and speak with someone with strong earth element, preferably Capricorn or Taurus (Virgos are screwed by Neptune as well so might not be able to help). You can also try to channel this energy by concentrating on creative stuff, arts etc.
