I was searching for quotes by people born today.I often do this in my journal. I believe people embody the core energy of their birthdays, so I do this as an exercise to relate to the quality of the day itself. Hope that makes sense. IP: Logged |

Thank you again Faith!! You beat me to it; I absolutely love T.S. Eliot! I didn't know St. Francis of Assisi was a Libra, and born on the same day! Can't believe it, he was always my favourite saint (well besides my patron, obviously ), and although I'm not religious I was jumping of excitement when Bergoglio decided to take the name Francis . I am actually just now making a painting of St. Francis for my uncle who is named after the saint and prays to him.  How funny that you love St, Francis and you're even painting him, and didn't even know he's your birthday twin.

Thank you, Gabby! And Belba ~ have you ever listened to these versions of the Prayer of St. Francis? I grew up singing a version like Sinead O'Conner's, in Catholic Church. Not sure how popular that hymn is? Susan Boyle sings the same version. Sarah Mclachlan's version is different.
