Mercury in Sag
3rd house Capricorn
5th house Pisces

My thoughts are that both Mercury and the 3rd house combined show in your handwriting!

Wherever you go, there you are.

Scorpio ASC
Capricorn Sun
Sagittarius Moon
Sagittarius Mercury
Scorpio Venus
Pisces Mars

Wait.. What about the 6th house? If there is any sign that is especially related with writing, to me, it is Virgo/the 6th house. Personally, I feel Gemini relates a lot more with talking/conversations/ideas/thoughts, while Virgo would instead be applying this energy to putting it down as something more tangible. (AKA writing) I feel like both signs tend to have a connection with writing.. But.. Virgo comes to mind too

I could be wrong.. But.. I have known quite a few people with Virgo placements to be pretty avid writers.. Whether the sign deals with what a person's actual writing looks like, I'm not sure.

I LOVE THIS!! How creative of you to write your post <3 <3 Sag mercury showing maybe??? Awesome idea.

Mine is very very neat - I have been a perfectionist about my handwriting for years. But, I'm also a painter and artist and concerned about how the things I put on paper 'Look' so i blame that.

I'm blaming my neptune in cap in the 11th, and my mercury in sag ALSO in the 11th. Wanna put it all on paper, wanna also be perfect about it. GRRRR.

ReadingtheStars, good point. I was thinking of it more as just communication in general rather than the physical/tangible formation of communication. The reason I thought that way was because I feel like my handwriting has a strong connection to my mercury...fast, inconsistent, etc.

I will have to think more about what you said because I think you may be on to something, since Virgo is also ruled by mercury..

Cappi, I always thought Capricorn (and Virgo) would have the neatest writing and be perfectionists about it.

So your 11th house is Capricorn I'm assuming? Maybe it had to do with the house your mercury is in. We both have Sagittarius mercury conjunct Capricorn Neptune but my mercury is in my Sagittarian 2nd house and yours in Capricornian 11th, right? Hmmm...

I always wonder about those girls who have super feminine, bubbly writing. Libra/Taurus influence is my guess..

3rd house aries moon. pisces on the cusp
12th house cap sun/sag mercury. sag on the cusp.
5th house in gemini.

Lyric is from this song:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yy_SCQ7Fk9c

I think planet influence may show in handwriting. Like a person with strong venus influence may have cursive styles, or uranus would be sort of all over the place...

LOl idk it sounds pretty far fetched. Just a stab in the dark there.

Wow nice take on this! Since gemini is pure mind and virgo is mind converted to the physical realm.

ALSO ATTENTION VIRGOS. (And I mean virgo anything not just suns!) Do you love pens? Did you ever have a giant pencil case full of different awesome writing materials??

I think we tend to be careful with it.

I don't have a clear example handy and photobucket's glitching for me. :-/

Oooo athenaia, I love how you cross your t's! Shows ambition. And the whole feel of it is fast-moving and elegant. Matches my impression of your mind.

DopGang, my husband says the same thing, he doesn't have all day to make his writing neat. He also has that practical Virgo Mercury, conjunct out-of-sign Mars.

You should see my signature. LOL
It's like a chicken scratch!
It doesn't help that I have a long, odd last name that I'm too lazy to form each letter.

Here are pangrams of the two alphabets I write in - Cyrillic (native) and Latin.

R8 MY CHICKEN SCRATCH

Cancer 3H
Virgo 5H
Libra Mercury

PS: If someone dares to call the Cyrillic script the "Russian alphabet" I will go full steppe on you.

Thank you Faith, that's so kind of you to say
Your handwriting is extremely in tune with the artwork you posted in the visualized moon thread - a sense of the quaint petite coupled with the imaginative grandeur of colorful artwork inside thick and whimsical lines

Omg! I totally missed the assignment! Posting an example!! I am so sorry! I will do that of course. I have read this this morning when I was in a hurry.

Ami, please enlighten us what is what. I used to like reading about this as well when I was much younger. There is much you can get out of hand writing only.

Such a cool thread!!

I think my handwriting will tell you I am chaotic, bizarre and inconsistent. Meh! But I will post.

Dop Gang, I like yours!! Totally feel ya there!

And yes about the pens!! I LOVE PENS!! I use to collect them and I have Virgo rising. Started writing diaries when I was 12 until well in my 20's.

I love looking at handwriting!

@sxorpia ~ I can totally see why people would compliment your writing, I love the swirly rhythms there.

@ikja ~ I love it, love the heart at the bottom!

Ah thank you! My writing changes a lot but that was a technical, small print day.

Yes, I'm attached to the colors I posted on the moon thread and try to get similar effects with colored pencils. If only I could!

I can handle people seeing my writing and the sometimes-juvenile doodles that go along with it, but I took that pic down because it was blurry. So ashamed of my photography skills.
