My favourite (major) aspect would be the sextile - because Scorpio Moon is very similar to Capricorn Moon, so we have a lot in common and make good friends.But my all time favourite Moon sign would have to be Gemini... even though there is no major aspect between our Moons.
The closest aspect in my chart is Moon sextile Mercury, which might be why I appreciate how upbeat and communicative Gemini Mooners are. IP: Logged |

For me too. Some of the people I get on best with have Sag Moon. My parents, even though we are not in a veeery close and share-everthing relationship, both have Sag Moon, with my father conjunct mine exact. We can chat non-stop and have a lot of fun. I also relate to Cancer Moons very well, because my Moon is in 4th house. Is that a mirroring aspect or does is have a different name? IP: Logged |

We can get along and be causal friends.
A lot of times though we'll feel two completely different ways about the same thing. I just can't wrap my head around how they view/feel about things. The word your looking for is "affinity" your moon in 4th house shares an affinity with cancer moons i feel the same way with aries moons and my moon is in the 1st house IP: Logged |

I agree. This applies more if you have harsh aspects to your moon, especially squares or quincunxes. I think house signs also modify the expression of the moon a lot, especially because moon is such a Yin planet. I always get along with Scorpio moons because my moon is in the 8th house. IP: Logged |

My moon has squares but it's not seemed to have bothered me or anyone else. We always seem to connect extremely well. What's particularly odd in my case is that moon squares (moon square moon) and sextiles feel equally difficult to me. IP: Logged |

Trine. That bond is there, but it's not RIGHT ON TOP OF ME like a conjunction, so I don't feel suffocated or overwhelmed within it. But it's important enough that I always will be involved with them emotionally.IP: Logged |

Well my moon is part of a tsquare and I love conjunctions. Mind you its in Pisces and squares Neptune so maybe that is why. It aspects it's esoteric ruler ruler too. Wouldn't hard aspects welcome hard aspects?

Each time I fell in love I had my moon sextile my ex girlfriends moons. They both had Gemini moons and i have a Leo moon.The odd thing about Gemini moons is they gave me the right amount of attention. The other thing that worked is, at times I like to do my own thing. And that hits at the right time b/c they may have had a bored spell. IP: Logged |

You know I am not surprised actually that sextiles are popping up so much because a sextile just needs one more planet to complete a love YOD which are very powerful; moons forming the leg of a YOD is automatically a love YOD. IP: Logged |

Me too. I think it's because of the quincunx it forms to both my Mars and Uranus which are conjunct. After going through almost all my charts I've realized that I'm truly a sucker for Virgo Moons. They don't even have to form the trine with my Taurus Moon. Actually, a lot of them are in early degrees so they oppose my Jupiter and trine my NN instead of aspecting my Moon.
Id say I'm uncomfortable with direct moon aspects, but I do so love those who have Pisces Moon sextile my Moon. This also puts their Moon conjunct my Sun and Mercury. I had an almost exact Moon/Moon trine with a Cappy Moon and that was just.. wonderful, but there was a lot going on in that synastry besides the Moon action. well the conjunction would have to be very tight for it to form the quincux/in conjunction and that would mean that if one of his planets sextiles your moon or Mars a yod would formed. I have noticed I like early degree libras as they fall in my 10th and conjunct my sun. Libras around 20-23 de sextile my Venus and Mars and form a yod with my moon. IP: Logged |
