I am not an avant-garde lover, I don't want someone that I can show off too. I want a deep relationship with the one I love. I want intimacy. I want us both (SO) to have a relationship that transcends earthly limits(knowing how cheesy that sounds). Someone I can go nuts with. Haha.

What do you think is up? Is it the aspects that have significantly modified the general Venus in leo?

Wherever we find Leo/Sun in our chart, is where we want to "shine". And that is often overlooked or even underrated by many.

Venus in Leo is not "showing off" but really about being larger than life, Because that is how they FEEL. Especially when they are in love(Venus).

Venus shows the propensity for one to fall in-love. And what their attitude towards love and affection is.

With Leo there, falling in-love involves your heart center(Leo) and is thus a very consuming experience.

Venus in Leo's are rarely ever "players". Even though they may give others the impression that they are playful and up for a good time. They really fall in love HARD and can suffer physical heart complexes when they break off a significant relationship with someone they really loved.

That is because Leo gives ALL their heart and is all in and there is no "don't put your eggs in one basket" approach with these folks. As they tend to go for ALL or NOTHING.

The opposition to Neptune suggests that the love experiences tend to be intense, absorbing and very spiritual in essence.

You may suffer heartbreak on occasions of falling for someone whose feelings do not run as deeply as yours. That is the curse of rose-coloured Neptune.

Or you could find yourself simply "drunk" with love; being in love, staying in love, painting the perfect love portrait or simply inspired to live for love.

People with Venus/Neptune aspects tend to be prone to depression related to love matters.

I think it could be even more apt for you Venus in Leo. As Leo is life(Sun) and what is life really, when there is no Sun?

Yes in a way I am like that. But I don't think I would outwardly say that. I want someone to prove their love. Not by saying it. The word has lost its meaning for me. It's used so unconsciously these days. one says they love you, then goes and stabs you in the back right after (just an example).

@Aries23degrees i think you just helped out, alot. Thank you . I guess I am a Venus in Leo. Just a modified one. Although, isn't the 'ALL OR NOTHING' a Scorpio thing?
