Gemini Mars talks a lot. And moves a lot. I can be pretty scattered. For example, I literally move in circles when I'm cleaning the house...I will deliberately go up and down the stairs several times for exercise's sake when one trip would've been more efficient. Just because I enjoy moving.

Sometimes I feel like typing just cuz I like to hear the pitter pat of little keys, which is why I'm answering this question...

What is one thing you desire in life?

Definitely ambitious, but I don't see how that's not peaceful lol I'm pretty calm and everything is well-planned, so I don't stress much.

I'm a go getter which i believe stems from my moon trine mars but my moon trine jupiter i believe makes me want peace and freedom. Mars in the 8th house makes me very passionate.

I'm ambitious (I'd say determined), but not competitive, and therefore also a peace lover. Since your dichotomy doesn't apply to me, I'll add that I generally don't like working for others, but I also avoid having employees working for me as well. When I do work with others, I try in terms of independent contractors working together for a mutual advantage. (I "quit" working with one because he insisted on treating me like a wage slave who had to do his bidding, which included some pretty crazy whims.) When people get in my way I'm happy to simply move around them (Sag is a mutable energy) rather than run over them, but this isn't from a lack of courage (as I have tricked and overcome others when I felt I had to--or when one really ticked me off and I essentially destroyed his business, though I'm sure I wasn't the only one exploiting his stupidity) but rather those people aren't important to me and my mutable Sag energy generally doesn't mind being flexible. That is, if it's easier to work around them then I will with a shrug. But if it's easier to come down on them like a ton of bricks then I just might (and have), but I prefer to keep things light and fun.

I would say I prefer freedom, but not in the radical individualist way of the United States (that is, I don't seek to be an island onto myself and don't shy away from partnerships).

Peace-lover. There are times when I'm more ambitious, but not that often. It all depends on the part of my life I'm dealing with at the time. I did want to do more career-wise, and socially in my life, but I don't like the spotlight.

I'm also scattered. I like to start out my mornings slowly, and unfortunately, I always seem to be late, no matter how early I get up. The few times I've been ready on time, something hasn't happened, due to someone else being late, or something like the van breaking down.

I like to get up, sit here, then get in the shower (I start the water running, to warm up the water, and tend to forget that it's on, so then I have to rush into the bathroom). I like long showers, depending on how much time I have, unless I'm feeling cheerful, and ready to get moving. Then I make my tea, and sit and watch an episode of a TV show on my DVR or Netflix, or read for a while.

Then I get other things done, a little at a time, unless I'm feeling ambitious (when I end up making a bigger mess, because I tried to get so much done in a certain amount of time, and then I'm too tired or sick to clean up, or I don't finish what I start). Dad has reminded me to clean the fridge one shelf at a time.

I carry a notebook with me almost everywhere, and have learned to set the alarm on my phone, for things like the slow cooker, which doesn't have an alarm of its own. I don't usually like alarm clocks, and would have this response to one in my bedroom: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eQ3s178GW0Q

I'm pretty self-sufficient, though. And I am proactive, just not as fast as others would like me to be. I wonder if a Mars in Pisces created the slow cooker. (Oh, the "birth date" of the slow cooker most likely has Mars in Aries.)

My Mars is conjunct my NN and Aphrodite, Trine Uranus and Mercury making an air grand Trine.

I'm ambitious, in my own way. I'm not competitive, really, but I do want to accomplish things and be recognized for it.

My Aqua Mars really, really cares about justice and fairness. Injustice and unfairness are the two things that can really trigger my anger. I hate pettiness, meanness, selfish spitefulness. I hate small-mindedness. I honestly find it hard to relate to most people as persons because so often their flaws disappoint me (6th house), so it's easier for me to care about them in universal terms, as humanity (Aquarius).

In terms of sex--why aren't we talking about sex?--I can be very detached emotionally and uninterested in sex for long periods of time. For me to be sexually attracted to someone is a tricky game, because Aqua Mars in the 6th is so, so fussy and picky. I've got standards, and most people do not meet them. I'm OK with that. I just hate it when someone meets my standards and I can't be with them (as I'm experiencing currently).

Aqua mars has a bad habit of thinking it should get what it wants, because Aqua reasoning is so impeccable, right? LOL. It makes me kind of pushy sometimes, but I've matured a lot since my younger days. But as an employee, oh boy. I'm a terrible employee. If i'm not challenging my boss over something i see as wrong or unfair, then I'm stewing over feelings of not getting what I deserve for my work, be it a better wage, more respect, better hours, a better position, etc. 6th house definitely factors in here too.

Both? I don't start stuff with other people but I am quietly ambitious in my own right. It doesn't bother me to take on long, tedious projects that involve a lot of work as long as there's "breaks" built in somewhere (if there's not any, I'll create them myself by breaking work up into smaller chunks). Competitiveness doesn't bother me - I can zone in on what I'm doing and block out the negativity, comments, and criticisms from other people - although some would say that Moon conjunct Mars makes me a little competitive and that would not be a lie. I'm just quietly competitive - you won't know I was competing in the race until I've already won it. Once I set my mind on something, I usually achieve what I want.

It likes to have several projects to work on at once. It moves around a lot, talks a lot, writes a lot, and at one point in time smoked a lot. It chews a lot of sugar free gum now and fidgets if it doesn't have a project to work on. It has to "talk it out" (usually involving a lot of hand movement) when it's Virgo host is wound up about something or other. It is sharp, sarcastic and mean when prodded with a stick at the wrong time. It has good hand-eye coordination. It sometimes appears as if it has a serious drug problem.

What is one thing you desire in life?

If I had to pick one thing, it would be monetary success. Saturn is crossing my MC and opposing my Mars at the moment, so it's on my mind a lot these days, though it was definitely a goal before.

My Mars projects a lot of...personality (for lack of a better word). Being a singleton and in the 5th house, it takes center stage a lot of the time. With Capricorn on the 5th house cusp and Aquarius (and thus Mars) intercepted in my chart, I think I read externally as traditional and conservative. To a large degree, I am. That said, I really don't like being easily pinned down or predictable, and if pushed to conform where I don't think I should have to or to comply with a request that I feel is unfair, I simply...won't. I can be rebellious, but I refuse to be overtly confrontational about it. I think that because I do read as relatively conservative, when I choose to go against what's being asked of me, it ends up being quite dramatic, even if I'm not intentionally making a show of it.

I am ambitious but not in a way to compete with other people, I just have my own standards (which I am often too lazy to achieve). And yes I am a peace-lover.

I think my aquarius mars gives me confidence to get what I want, especially because I am an aquarius sun, they are usually in line with each other in terms of goals. I don't think my mars makes me irrational or impulsive, but rather practical. When I am angry, the reason why is really important to me and I feel the need to express it. This is why I'm upset, this is what's wrong. Communication and reasoning are very important.

Wow I have a lot of Mars aspects than I thought.

I am ambitious and peace-lover. I don't go out looking for fights. However If someone were to attack me first, then I won't back down from it. Mostly, I love PEACE and will fight for peace.
I start a lot of new projects with ambition to accomplish something. But I really do have short attention span and lose my interest really quickly. I admit that. lol.

Mars in Gemini makes me a person who is stimulated intellectually. I get bored easily and if someone or something doesn't hold my attention then I move on. You have to be fun, witty, energetic, creative, and willing to go on adventures with me. Mars in Gemini loves to talk. Definitely me. They make great teachers (I am majoring in Secondary Education). I know for a fact that I want a partner who is smart and willing to debate and discuss things with me.
