If the chart confirms bad news for an already troubled friendship, is there any point in trying?

Also, if anyone has time to answer (I'm a newbie at this and don't mean to be lazy), but what does an evolved Libra woman (with a Leo moon) look like? How does one become evolved? Does that basically mean mature?

Sorry! I know there are a lot of questions.
