Anyone have any experience with Aries Venus and Taurus Venus, or how these two would get along? I feel like Aries Venus wants the relationship to go from 0-100 quickly and Taurus Venus would want to go at a slow pace.

I've been dating my boyfriend for about three months now, and as a Venus in Aries, I am already thinking I'm in love with him. Is this the Aries Venus talking that I want to hear the three little words so soon?

Do these two Venus signs conflict?

Well using Vedic astrology ....

Aries is actually Pisces
And Taurus is actually an Aries in the birth chart.

I mean it doesn't spell out D.O.O.M. but there are other configurations in the natal chart which will assist in the match making. And I can probably think of a better Venus for his Venus than yours.

To be honest he might view your Venus as too pushy, direct, like a typical Aries, but no, water signs actually retain these qualities. The fire signs are actually much more reserved and way less emotionally intense.

I'm not sure if western fire signs realize that they are actually very emotional? And this is actually a water element?

The thing about Taurus Venus is - We don't trust things that happen over night. So no matter how much you believe you love him and how many times you proclaim it - Taurus Venus will see it as "just words".
Earth Venus falls in love over time, when they are sure the person is in their lives to stay, for the long hall.
I am the last person to fall in love at first sight. My Aries Venus friends - are - all or nothing, right away.

One thing that can happen is, the Taurus Venus might keep you at arms length - getting to know you over time, getting closer gradually and eventually start liking you - maybe even fall in love..
Meanwhile you (Aries Venus) were passionately in love in the beginning -- but over time (while Taurus Venus is falling in love with you) - you start to find them slow, and boring - and you gradually fall out of love.
This story can go from - Taurus rejecting Aries, to Aries rejecting Taurus.

Basically, these Venuses have very different rhythms. But things can still work out between you, if the rest of your synastry indicates that.

Odette, I take it you're a Venus Taurus? I can understand why it takes someone a long time to get to that point of love. I totally get it. Love is serious and scary and exciting all at the same time. So it makes sense to want to be absolutely sure before you commit to that level with someone.

I am just feeling my Venus Aries coming out to light a bit. I am getting impatient and I feel as if his feelings don't match mine. Which of course makes me lose interest. He told me he was falling in love with me, but I had the selfish thought of, "why aren't you already in love?" I'm afraid that I will lose interest before he actually says it. An Aries Venus is so annoying! Argh!

We do have pretty good synastry. His moon is in Aries, so I think he might feel familiar with my Venus and Mars in Aries.

He is a Capricorn Mars as well, I wonder if that is adding to the slowness as well, lol.

Not if your western aries venus is in late aries. Then it would still be aries in vedic. Same with taurus venus.

Does your Mars conjunct his Moon?
Be careful not to be pushy.

No, they are too wide to be conjunct. I haven't mentioned any of this to him because I want him to take his time and not to feel rushed. If it isn't his style, then it will just take time, which is fine with me. I just hope I don't lose interest before he feels like he is in love.

I'm meeting his parents this weekend, so I believe that's a good sign

Hello there
I'm a Venus in Aries and my husband is a Taurus Venus.... we are both passionate and got along well from the word go... He definitely wasnt slow. Taurus Venus wld expect you to be sensual, feminine and earthy. My husband likes me when I wear feminine dresses that show off my curves, act flirty around him, soft silky skin, smell great, cook great food... decadent lifestyle. He has very expensive tastes and always goes for the best.
What helps is he is an Aries sun n Asc. Otherwise he would be a lazy a$$ :-))

@geminigal2805

Are there aspects to your Venus in Aries/his Venus in Taurus that modify the intrinsic energy of the planet?

If you have Saturn on your Venus, that may make you more down-to earth. Whilst if he has Mars aspecting his Venus,it will make him the type to throw caution to the wind in love(unlike the earthy Taurus motivation)

Thank you for sharing your experience! Yeah, he is an Aries moon so I feel like maybe he understands my Aries Venus and Mars? He always says how soft my skin is. I guess that's a Taurus Venus thing to like! And I'm a pretty good cook ;-) but don't all men like it when you cook for them?

My Mars and Venus are conjunct in Aries. Does this mean I'm the type to throw caution to the wind in love? Because that totally sounds like me :-p

Absolutely.

But it is very unusual and improbable that he would be attracted to that.

Taurus doesn't like being rushed. And Aries can be very "full steam ahead".

So that is why I asked whether or not he has aspects to Venus that may contradict/ mitigate the Taurus energy?

If not Venus, then perhaps Sun/Moon/Mercury in Aries or in aspect to Mars that would make him "A-Okay" with how you step on the proverbial gas now and then.

Even Uranus aspects can replicate the quick energy of Mars.

I have Moon/Mercury square to Mars nataly. As well as Sun/Jupiter/Neptune conjunct. So I tend to be extremely romantic!

But there is also Saturn conjunct Venus that puts the brakes on anything that moves "too quickly".

Sometimes there is a stop and go about how I want to move; I am extremely demonstrative and passionate when we are together.

But I can insist on my own space and time to get my life organized(work/home mostly), when we are apart.

Wait...

Are his Sun/Moon conjunct in Aries?

And does his Neptune sit on his Mars?

Aries23- I always love reading your responses because they're so analytical and intelligently put together! I always learn so much from them.

Yes, his sun and moon are conjunct. But his sun is Pisces and his moon is Aries. There is a 3' orb there.

His Neptune and Mars are conjunct but by 7', so it's a little far for an orb.

Oh you flatter me so much

His Moon is in Aries....bingo!

I did mention that there is no way that he would find the high energy attractive with Taurus energy. Not unless Mars is involved.

But that Mars is not that hectic. Not with Neptune sitting on it(even with this so-called "wide" conjunction)

So I had to look around for another attraction factor that is even stronger. And there it was, right in my face.

What I missed and noticed clearly now is his Mercury right on your Sun/Moon/Mercury build-up.

Does his Mercury conjunct these three planets of yours?

Yeah, his Mercury (his 5th and 8th house ruler) is directly conjunct my sun, moon, and Mercury in my 8th. Is this a big factor?

Yes! Yes! Yes!

The personal planet of the SO that is conjunct/ forms aspects to a cluster of your planets, is very significant.

This is even more so, seeing that Sun/Moon are involved. Which to me suggests that this doubles up as his Mercury conjunct your Sun/Moon midpoint!

He speaks(Mercury)to the heart(Moon) and Soul(Sun) of you

Ooooo that's exciting! Does my Saturn make an aspect to his Sun/Moon midpoint?
