When the transiting venus is conjunct natal venus it usually suggests that you might meet your lover during that period .. since mars represents "man" in a women's chart would transiting mars conjunct natal mars in her chart mean she would find her "man"..
Also what are the other aspects that might suggest beginning of a love affair??

Ok, last thing I had which resembled a proper relationship I had these on first meeting:

TrMoon conj MC
TrSaturn and Sun conj Pluto
TrLilith conj Venus (ouch)

TrMars was on my 7th
TrJupiter was on my 5th

Met a guy I've been with for 2months, when I had trVenus on my SN, trPluto opp Venus

Last time it happened, tMars conjuncted my natal Venus, and tVenus conjuncted his natal Venus.

I've had two great loves, with my first love I had transiting saturn conjunct natal venus in the first house. With my second and current I had transiting venus conjunct natal saturn in the 5th.

It gets even better - their birthdays are one day apart to the year, they both have the same middle name (Lee - which isn't very common for males) AND I met them both in April. My anniversary with my first love (I went on to marry him) is April 19th... My first date with my current love was supposed to be April 19th but I canceled (because I didn't want jinx things) and rescheduled for the 25th. Freaky how it all works out.
