How long does it take them to fall for a woman? Does this placement indicate forgetfulness? Too many things on his mind? Are they slow when it comes to emotions?

Not slow with emotions. The 3rd house of communication is super fast!

Usually yes, the Taurus Moon is very slow to anything. But with Moon in 3rd, this hastens the motional nature a lot and makes it far more changeable.

If there are aspects to Mars/Neptune/Pluto or Uranus, this can exacerbate things a lot.

What occurs is that they can be latent in actually "feeling" and allowing the emotional nature to be internalized.

The Moon here opts to derail "feeling" and opts towards analyzing(sometimes over-analyzing) their feelings instead.

In the moment it happens, you can even tell from their facial expression that they are having a conversation with themselves about what this all means etc. And considers a lot of "what ifs?" in the process.

This is also the case for those who have Mercury in hard aspect to the Moon(square, conjunct and opposition). And it can seem like they are taking time to make up their mind(especially with the opposition)

If you want to know how he truly feels, gently ask him. Seriously...

You will put him and yourself at ease by allowing him to talk it out. As this is the type of man who will actually tell you|(3rd house) how he feels(Moon)

If he does not do it through verbal communication, he will do it through writing.

Either form of expression is likely with Moon here. And with Taurus Moon on the 3rd house cusp, it is likely that the words will be poetic or flow in a very eloquent/sweet fashion(Venus rules Taurus).

But if there are aspects to Pluto/Mars, you may get the harsh, less aesthetically concerned version of how he feels

My husband doesn't have Taurus Moon in 3H but in 2H. Aries Sun. So I'll only speak for the sign aspect. He was VERY quick with his attraction but extremely slow with his love. Probably took him a good year before he told me he loved me. No point in probing a Taurus-anything though. It'll just backfire.

Now that he does love me he expresses it in true venusian style Food, food, food! Lots of touching and feeling, eloquent words. He is very soft spoken but this might be because he has his moon in Taurus' home?

aries23degrees! thank you for your response and explanation to this OMG this definitely resonates how he is. he is defently slow and INTERNAL about his feelings BUT your right if i do ask him he will respond and tell me how he feels BUT i don't know whether he likes me or not its really hard to tell.

ummmmm so he's got a lot of aspects to his moon in the 3rd house. 1. He's got an EXACT sun moon opposition, 2.moon opposes his mercury and venus and PLUTO and 3. ALL OF THIS including his moon is SQUARING jupiter..... his moon trine's neptune and uranus. so what do you think? is he more confused emotionally now? LOL

I am assuming that he has Scorpio Sun/Mercury/Venus and Pluto conjunct?

I am also assuming that they are all in the 9th house?

Hmmmm... that's tricky.

The 9th house stellium definitely adds a great deal of Sag temperament to the personality.

However, the Sun/Pluto conjunct is quite dynamic and intense. Not the type to blow hot and cold . But really the type to be absolute about almost everything!

Sag placements often detach a person from the more personal sphere of life. Making them very much the proverbial "armchair philosopher"; they may "know" a lot about life. But can get caught up in the search for meaning. And not the actual "living"

These are people that can write a book about love. Even make it on to the "best seller" list. But be simultaneously going through a divorce

Is he the type to be more philosophical "let's play it by ear" in his approach to things?

And with Venus in 9th, this is likely to extend to his approach in love matters.

But the conjunct aspect of Pluto to Mercury/Venus and Sun worries me. Because that is intense. The energy has to go somewhere.

Perhaps he has strong religious convictions? Or maybe very stern views for/against religion?

But on the relationship front,it could come about as someone inflexible and unwilling to compromise their beliefs on what constitutes a "relationship" or how one approaches matters of the heart.

The emotions and intensity is there...no doubt. But it could be projected more towards an ideal (Jupiter influence 9th house) or a philosophical ideal or the other.

If you are satisfied discussing the "idea" of your relationship/possibilities therein. Perhaps in the context of "love relationships" the world over? You will have a ball.(I know I would )

But if you are looking for a more personal and less "out there" but more "in here" approach. There may be trouble.

This may be the type of guy who says all the right things, picks the right movies or even looks like the perfect boyfriend.

But this is a conceptual self(Sun in 9th) that he is trying to build. Not the "here and now" that you may wish he would be.

First of all, I'm a guy and like women.lol Am I picky? I don't really think so.... Like any guy I want a girl that I find attractive and has a good personality . And no, I don't fall out of love quickly. It takes me forever to get over people. I don't get bored either. I think moon in Taurus gives one an appreciation for the simple things in life. I think having the moon in Taurus in the 3rd house makes me more open with my feelings. I'm not the type to beat around the bush or play games and if I like someone they'll hear it. I also think 3rd house moons value communication and want people to be open with them too, atleast that's what I want.

Aries this was beautiful!!!!! Really just beautiful

You basically described him so well. And I can see why he had made a move on me because I represent exactly what he is attracted to and that is his 7 ruler sun in the 9th house in scorpio. I honestly know that a relationship won't happen with him as I already know he is looking for an experience in a 9th house/saggitarean view. So you defently pin pointed a lot of stuff about him that makes a lot of sense. When you said his 4 planets in Scorpio in the 9th house is intense in what way is it intense? Like is he super saggitarean likes the chase? Wants various relationships? Wants to learn from all his relationships rather then finding the "one"? Cause if so I see that a lot in myself that being my chart ruler in venus in sag in the 3rd house.

and yes he is more of the type of a guy like "lets play it by ear" OMG so much!!!!! he is physically present he is very earthy.

Just want to chime in that this is a spot-on interpretation of Moon in the 3rd! Mine is in Sag, but this still describes me to a "T"!
