Sorry to hear, ES.

I'm going to transfer this to Astro 2.0, where you should get a better response.

Pluto is transiting conjunct my 15 Cap sun as well. My strategy is to try and expand spiritually since earthly burdens can feel too heavy sometimes. Music is good, and one of these days, meditation.

Consider: how could a shift in perspective help you? How much of your pain is self-induced, negative thought patterns? Can you eliminate them?

Don't worry, you're not alone.

what i've done with my own pluto transit is to allow all the issues to come up. don't fight it, the more you put preasure, the more it will hurt.

hang in there. it is always darkest before the dawn

Is Neptune squaring your Moon? That was part of the beginning of my train wreck transits.

I've just gone through a two-year Pluto transit all over my angles, which will finally be ending by the end of this month.

Pluto is all about letting go. The more you resist, the harder it will be for you. If you push yourself and schedule constructive change, then it will go much more smoothly.

I would take a look at the house of your Sun, first. Pluto will put intense focus onto this house, increasing concentration.

If it's in the third house of communication, then expect to change your way of thinking, writing, reading, and speaking. It's a good time to learn a new language, take up a new study, to move into a more close-knit or "intense" local community.

If it's in the fifth house of recreation, expect to alter your means of self-expression. You might express your creativity through different ways-like art or entrepreneurship or you might change your persona entirely (the way you dress and act).

etc, etc.

You will be fine, good luck!

Pluto transits can be brutal, especially if you don't have alot of Pluto aspects natally. Like some others have said, don't fight any issues that come up by trying to keep everything the same as its always been. Pluto is known as the god of the underworld so it can bring up some heavy situations and memories whether your prepared or not. But the more prepared you are to handle Pluto's energies, the better it will go for you.

The easiest way to do that is to just be aware of your thoughts and feelings and everything happening around you. If you start noticing a pattern with something or some theme coming up repeatedly, pay attention to it, and just be aware of it. Ask yourself if things like this have happened often to you. And think about new ways to deal with situations rather than just jumping in right away with an emotional response. If you try to dig your heels in and keep your way of reacting to things or your way of doing something the same as its always been, Pluto will keep pushing against you til it wears you down and you have no other option but to change.

So in short this transit will change you on a core level, and you can either listen to Pluto and work with its energy or you can fight it til you're forced to change.

Since Pluto is conjuncting your sun, expect alot of things to come up that will bring out your ego or challenge who you are or how you see the world, down to the deepest core of yourself.

Neptune is transiting my 9th house and and my moon is in 1th so eventually they will square each other. perhaps that would not hurt me cuz I just had a venus/saturn square I thought that would be a massacre but i had really calm days. Venus rules my 5th.I just got obssessed with the idea of having a baby lol

It turned out that Saturn opposed my Moon/Venus was nicer than when it moved on, as well. The year was mostly good, but I had trouble catching up to that. When I finally did, the bad things started to rack up again.

Last year, I had a grand cross in my solar return, and I expected the worst (which almost happened). The year got better as it went along, once we got past the worst part (which lasted most of the Summer).

Square and opposition transits are the worst, but while considered a hard aspect, transiting Pluto making conjunction signifies transformation of the deepest kind for that planet. Pluto will kick the wimp out of that planet so that when this transit is over, it will be stronger and will feel anew. And yes you need to let go of what no longer serves you. Since this is in the 7th house, are there relationships that are dead but you're still holding on to them?

Sometimes it can also symbolize someone new and powerful coming into your life.

Incidentally, I think Brad Pitt was going through a pluto conjunct sun transit when he met Angelina Jolie and his marriage to Jennifer Aniston fell apart.
