Right now I'm in a relatively messy situation with a guy I met recently (We have the love stellium in our composite chart - posted below)

All in cancer! although I should mention I'm unsure about his time of birth so I'm not exact about the degrees.
Anyway we met the other day and we immediately hit it off and we spoke of hanging out again (and again). didn't happen.. A few days later he msgs me saying how come you didn't ask about me, why am I not seeing you, I love talking to you all the time, I'm always here for you etc.
I said I'm sorry I couldn't see him as I was bed-ridden and terribly sick. so a few days later I ask him if he wants to hang out and he completely blows me off (saying he got my msg late which is a lie cuz I know for a fact his phone is always in his hands)

WHYYY would he do that? :s I still haven't heard from him and it's been almost a week!
btw he has natal moon in cancer which I'm sure is aspecting our cancer planets in the composite. isn't that supposed to make him more attached and clingy towards me as opposed to him blowing me off?

his natal planets are:
sun on the Gemini/cancer cusp
moon in cancer
mercury in cancer
venus in Taurus and mars in leo (not square)

would appreciate any help!
