in -04-05.(a bit rough) Depending on the rx it could go a while,, your answer is much in the other transits during it. Try to do things that expand awareness naturally,, the meditation way.
You have moon in Ge or Sa,,if Ge anytime Mercury goes rx be especially careful,,
if Sa , health issues may miss attention on time,, try and stop that.

I have a tight (1 degree orb) natal T-square of Sun, Moon, and NN in Pisces, Virgo, and Sag respectively. Throw in Neptune in Sag at a wider orb. My Sun, Moon, and NN are all at 5-6 degrees, so this has been...jeez, I don't even know what. Probably so much like my normal life that I've just been rolling with it. But Saturn always messes things up for me, so I'll see what I have to say about the Saturn transit in a couple of years.

I'm super sleepy right now, but I've been wanting to post a similar question to yours lately, and I wanted to respond to your post.

If I can bear to part with my privacy tomorrow when/if I have a moment, I'll do my best to offer what I can.

Edit: Oh. I just realized that you're talking about transiting Neptune SQUARE your natal Moon, which I also have natally (Neptune at 11 Sag, Moon at 5 Virgo). T Neptune has recently been in opposition to my Moon, and conjunct my Sun. But, similar energies, I suppose?

Seriously. There have been times in my life when I've had horrid transits, but I couldn't figure out why they were so pleasant, until I realized that Pluto was favoring my chart in some way at that time (so far, it's always been Pluto who mitigates the crap energies of other hard transits for me).

Likewise, when I have a bunch of crap transits all happening simultaneously, it's somewhat difficult to separate the energies, although some are reasonably apparent, I guess.

Well, I don't know where to start tbh.
T.Neptune is not only square my Moon, he is opposed nSaturn(H2-Vir) right now which squares my Moon(H6-Sag).

T.Saturn conjucts nMoon ,squares nMars(H9-Pis) and nSaturn.

So, my stressful T-square between them three will be triggered by the Transit Neptune/Saturn square for a couple of years.
I think I will get a strong taste of this. Ugh

T.Pluto is squaring off nMC/IC axis, also square nPluto.
Can't say I won't be feeling this one either.

My mid-life crisis is coming earlier than I thought *sigh*

@Sikanda & Violets, my natal Neptune is widely conjuct my Moon so I get an idea of what you have described.
One huge trip I must say!

Health issues have already been coming up because I let a few things pass like they were of no importance.
I focused so much on my mental health the past couple of years and I did not reach out to heal the body as I should have.

These transits have been weird and ridiculous (and, to some degree, costly, as my Sun is in my 8th house, which is where Neptune is at the moment).

I dislike the Saturn transits the most by far, and I'm really crossing my fingers with this transit. I've also noticed that, just because it's no longer hitting my natal points exactly, it doesn't mean that I'm out of the woods. These transits have long-lasting impacts, I think (especially Saturn).

Saturn is so much about doing crap that you... Just. Don't. Want. To. Do.
It's always very difficult for someone like me to buckle down and do that stuff, so I usually learn the Saturn lessons the hard way. I've had this transit once before, and I was ill-equipped to deal with it, so I really did suffer the consequences of that for the next fourteen years or so, until my Saturn return completely leveled my life so that I could rebuild a much healthier version.

So...I suppose it also depends on the houses involved, and whether or not you might have any favorable transits from other outer planets? Take what you can get, I say. Jupiter did me a few favors while conjunct my Moon in my 2nd house, and I'll be thankful that he's still in my 2nd.

He's a funny fellow, because the entire year he was in my 1st house, I gained weight (which is really odd for me, as I tend to be pretty thin). As soon as he got out of my 1st house and entered my 2nd, I got full-time employment, and lost a lot of the weight I had gained, lol. Sometimes these planets can be pretty predictable in that sense.

Thankfully tJupiter in Virgo, which has just passed nSaturn in H2 and now conjuct my NN (H3) has brought me some clarity, in a mild way before Saturn strikes hard on these matters.

Pluto is also trine my NN at the moment. Receiving a little help from there also.

Do you also have a lot of mutable energy in you?
