What's their age? I'm trying to think of when a major outer planet was in a water sign. I wanted to say Neptune in Scorpio conjunct the ASC but I don't think this person is over 40.

They definitely have some outer planet action going on.

It's neither.
Both Pisces and Cancer are quite natural beauties, very little make up and naturally dreamy face.
This face is over dramatized and the lips and lashes are grotesque. Makes me think of natal Venus-Saturn hard aspect.

She reminds me of Tammy Faye Bakker with the lashes....Tammy is a Pisces. So much for au naturel.

I have Venus conjunct Saturn and I like natural beauty. I always associate overly dramatic makeup with Leo, although I don't get a Leo vibe from her.

There is a certain energy that I see in Leo dominant people. Usually there is a warmth in their facial expression. I don't see it in her, she looks too vulnerable. Leos are very concerned about outward appearances though, which is why I mentioned Leo.

Anyway... I was saying the girl in blue looks like many Gemini Risers I've known and seen...
So I'm going with Gemini for her.

However, the other girl does not look like a Pisces ASC.
Is it possible that her ASC is in late Aquarius - if the time is slightly off?

The black jacket one is either a Gemini or Sag rising - she was born on 21 Nov 1992 In Syd at either 7:45pm or 7:45 am. Gemini looked to be the answer as she looks young...
