I had a Venus conjunct Mars in Leo first house during Venus return and it lasted for about three weeks, because it was at the point where Venus stationed direct this summer.I am not very tuned in but I was watching out for it and I'm afraid I didn't notice very much! I was quite cheerful and well-organised, but nothing spectacular to report. You could try casting Venus Return chart? IP: Logged |

Sure, tomorrow is my Venus Return, but I'm not sure how to interpret it...

Me neither (yo, inexperienced muddler over here), although I got this list of things to look out for from Cafe Astrology: "The position of Venus in the Return chart, by house and aspect. (The Venus sign will be the birth sign of Venus). Planets on the angles (the cusps of the first, fourth, seventh, and tenth houses). Strong configurations (aspects) in the chart, especially when Venus is involved. Natal planets and points that conjunct Venus Return angles." Apparently Venus in the first means that your Venusian side will be busy this year, there's a conjunction with Mars, the AC and the NN which seems significant, but it's pretty wide. Then again, activity on the angles is important in a return chart, and Mars and the NN both seem like big players. Doing a synastry chart with your natal turns things up. For example, my VR for the year that I got into my most significant relationship (which I guess is the point of one...), I had Venus on the IC and NN/Chiron on the MC - hurray. When I compared it to my natal, turned out that the VR Pluto was on my Vertex, the VR DC was on my Neptune and the Sun was on my NN, which explained a lot... Hopefully someone else will come along who can be a bit more help! Edited for a less annoying layout. IP: Logged |

Thanks for the reply, my Venus Mars, NN and Jupiter are in the 7th house nataly. I have a strong feeling this Venus return is going to be strong. Unfortunately, there is not much info on this topic, and since English is not my first language, sometimes is very difficult to understand IP: Logged |
