For the first time in a WHILE I am feeling beautiful again. My confidence is sky-rocketing (after deep depression and self-loathing) and for seemingly no reason (ie. haven't lost weight, been working out, no major accomplishments, etc.)

On top of that I had a HUGE- life changing AHA moment where I was able to break a lifelong pattern of neglecting to speak up for myself... Just like that... With very little effort. The words used to feel like bricks inside of me, impossible to speak my truth... Now I just force myself, and it is so freeing (and surprisingly easy considering I have avoided doing this my whole life!)

I am going to attempt to post a picture of my transit chart, not sure if I will do the right one (if not my bday is march 1 1991 4:00 PM San Diego, CA)

I'm so eager what the heck is prompting these huge shifts!

Don't you mean transit Venus sextile Jupiter, which happened days before the chart was created. You were going through a Venus opp Venus which can have that effect too.

Transit Sun and Mercury also trined her natal Sun and Mercury nearly 2 weeks ago. tPluto sextiled her Sun/Mercury a while ago too.

I'd go with the Neptune direct theory. It is now direct and going to hit your Sun and Mercury in the next year. Sun is 1st house ruler, Mercury 11th and 2nd. You will feel the vibes of Neptune and possibly find a way out! You have a Virgo Moon like me, your's is 26 deg so Jupiter will conjunct your Moon around 6 January 2016.

Makes a lot of sense, Neptune since Neptune is close to your Sun/Merc. Neptune is "dissolving". I remember my astro teacher telling me about the Berlin wall dissolving in '89. When T Neptune (no boundaries) was conjunct Saturn (restriction) the wall came down. Neptune was retro so not direct but just to show this is how Neptune works.
