I find this house to depict IME, the "flavour" of the individual that I am attracting.Since you have the 7th house in Gemini, it is likely that you may search for partners who are talkative, responsive, playful and "airy"(Gemini traits). Or find it easy to attract them.
But this will not work in isolation, as you should also look at Sun, Moon, Venus, Mars as well as outer planet placements reacting with Mercury(ruler of the 7th)
Mars often indicates sexual attraction.
Venus is romantic aptitude.
Sun puts your ego and sense of self right in there
Moon is how you receive/ expect in as far as being "nurtured" is concerned. It is also about security needs and attachment probability.
The outer planets also bring in their own flavour. But I will not get into that
With Mars/Venus involved(classically sexual planets),the relationships may be very romantic and passionate.
If Mercury aspects Moon/Sun(or aspects the Moon/Sun midpoint), then the relationship is likely to be extremely important in your sense of identity. Who you are and as far as your emotional needs are concerned.
If Mercury aspects the ruler of the Asc, it is important that your relationship"mirrors" you in significant ways.
The partner may even "look" or behave the way you do. You may pay attention to how the partner externally projects themselves a lot
If Mars is in the 7th and in Gemini. The partner may be sexy(even when "ugly" by conventional standards). But very argumentative when not chatty-since Mars in Gemini tends to be.
If Venus is in the 7th and in Gemini. The partner is likely to be beautiful, attractive, charming and good with words. They like to be romantic and will often express their affection through words.
But as with Venus in Gemini, watch out for a wandering eye and a tendency to have more than one relationship going at a time.
Everything overlaps. So I wouldn't advise one to look at one particular chart placement and judge from there.
I agree with that it doesn't always work in isolation. I have a Pisces Dsc and have attracted SO many Pisces Suns I can't even recall how many! However, it's never been that prefect fit to be honest. They are too.....something I don't like. I much prefer Saggis since ruler of my 7H is Neptune and I have a Saggi 4H Neptune. I also have Jupiter in 9H. I feel "home" with Saggis
My husband has a Pisces Asc and he is just the right amount of Pisces for me to handle.
