Can you tell us what signs they are in?

I have sun opposite moon by sign, not aspect, and basically experience it as a teeter totter, one end up, one end down, with aquiring skill throughout life at keeping them both in balance, yet I'm wondering if they are ever meant to be in balance. It's a balance between wants and needs.

This is difficult, because like children at play on the playground apparatus, the heavier one will always try to keep the other one in control, up in the air, until they beg to come down. Even if they play nicely, there is always the up and down movement and you never know if one will bounce hard at the bottom or fly off the seat at the top. So surprise is the element here. If you are both sitting in balance its boring. You are still just waiting for something to happen, some surprise that sets you in motion again. In life that would be some sort of crisis, brought on by inner tension or by someone else.

Learning how to handle the crisis is the key. And this would be like two parts of you struggling for control inside of yourself, the part that has to acknowledge your deep emotional needs/feelings, opposing the other part, that must acknowledge your ego self and your wants. As one is dominant the other is forming and vice versa.

The best way to handle it, any crisis, can sometimes be to sit and wait. Worrying does absolutely no good. Resolution/balance comes, but like a teeter totter, it will be boring until both parts of you step off, both parts of you must step off for true resolution to come.

In the end it means finding a way for you to control your emotions and your ego instead of having either of them control you. You must reconcile. Surrendering both to Spirit will take you off that teeter totter, but most of the time you go through life blindly, like you are put on this crazy uncertain ride, which you can sometimes tame/balance, yet never knowing how to step off. I think we are meant to step off.

I'm sure it's not as bad as having

Sun Conjunct Saturn
Sun Square Pluto

Astrologically the signs can tell you more where the imbalance takes place. Look to the ruler of the sign for each planet and in what house each falls. That can give you a clue from where the little surprises will come that set you on the ride again. Helpful aspects will show a way to bring them into balance.

If your sun and moon are opposite by aspect and part of a t-square, look to the opposite point of the apex of the t-qpsquare and that will bring balance.

Sun conjunct Saturn brings a real sense of duty, deeply ingrained from past patterning or family upbringing.

Pluto is all about personal transformation which only takes place when you control your will instead of having it control you (self-mastery at its best).

The square adds tension and brings up the use or misuse of power or will. Do you possess your power or suppress it. Are you impulsive but stubborn. Every square brings up this issue.

With Sun/Saturn square Pluto you don't have the opportunity for balance as in an opposition, but the conflict is less about internal struggle and more about others or other energies through transits activating the tension. It is more associated with pain. It's much more feasible to sit and wait it out, or to slow down, wait and see how things resolve. Much better to remove yourself from a situation with others, or pay attention to transits and know when they will pass.

Hi Pluto survivor i really really relate to what you wrote and its soooo exhausting at some point i just cant seem to be at peace , at balance, i feel so unstable emotionally speaking, everything shakes me up, and if there ever comes a point when im all right im just normal i feel tense i get so bored , its like if i cant live without that unstability.
Sun is in Leo (6th house) (at 0'02 deegres, but in leo) Moon is in aquarius (12th house).
ive noticed i have this incapability to keep up with daily routine, at some points i just start skipping school almost every day for a week then be diligent again and that patterns presents itselfs constantly.
Both Sun and Moon are squaring my Jupiter

Sun 0 degrees is very strong in 6H wanting to fit in, find your purpose, and very much made to sacrifice or selflessly serve others. You want others to feel your warmth and to shine but you don't know quite how to provide that warmth. Because opposite is your "aloof" moon in Aqu hidden in the 12 house which needs to understand what you feel, the hidden things you feel, perhaps wondering how and why you are here on this earth plane in an imperfect form when you could be back in the future where everything is perfect. Where is Jupiter, is it Taurus or Scorpio, in 3H or 9H? When you feel out of balance focus on the opposite point of Jupiter to help release tensions. Look up the Sabian Symbol to give clues on how to release tensions of daily life.

Well, it takes a lot of self discipline and self control. The square aspect brings a kind of Scorpio-Taurus energy into play. And that is a very strong family dynamic. So there is a very strong will to create and protect.

It's not easy because our ego tells us what we want and we believe it. Switch your thoughts to wanting what Spirit has in mind for us and it gets a little easier. You then control Ego instead of it controlling you. It helps to pray a lot Actually it is said that prayer is talking, but meditating is listening. So I will change that to read " it helps to meditate a lot "

Yes, ive always wanted to serve others but not selflessly more likely to people i love, its how i show love to them , doing things for them, i sometimes feel bounded and restricted on this life that happens a lot, Jupiter is in the 9th house in scorpio so i would need to focus on my 3rd house? and about the sabian symbols i did look for em but im sorry if im being a little dull of mind but how am i to interpret em by example my moon is on degree 3'23

3-4 deg Aquarius

I was just thinking about how frustrated I feel with my own Sun/Moon opposition, and two others I have in my chart. I'm also unsure of how to balance all of those energies.

Good luck.
