She's 5'6 and has a skinny body (narrow shoulders, skinny arms and legs, but well-toned calves). She has thick hair and has "big presence" when she enters a room, so I thought she could be a Leo Rising .. But I'm not sure. She also tends to exaggerate when telling stories, but I think that's her Sagg Mercury at play.
She's a Capricorn Sun with an Aries Moon, Sagittarius Mercury/Mars & Venus in Aquarius.

Any ideas?

Have you tried Aquarious rising? Try bringing up her chart and see if your description lines up for Aquarious rising and let us know if it works. If she is late Capricorn her sun on the Asc would bring a big presence. Thanks.

Haha thank you! What makes you think she has a Water Ascendant though? I'm a Cancer Rising and aside from the lips (mine are a puffier version of hers) I look nothing like her lol

I asked my intuition before the page loaded and got Aquarius/Leo. So I'll second the Aquarius.
