Been going through t.Uranus over my MC the past year or so.. I never really look at other aspects besides the basics. I have just come to realize that Uranus is also quincunx my NN in H3. What could be the meaning of this specific aspect?

I would also like to add that my chart shows my MC in Aries quincunx natal Uranus(h5) and natal NN(h3) . It is a yod from what I discovered. Opposite my MC sits nPluto Rx

Can't quite understand what this aspect is telling me. If anyone has the time to explain it would be appreciated
