Hi
What do people believe are the aspects or general signs of those who prefer outdoors or indoor activities? For instance i would assume those lacking in earth have a lack of connection to the outdoors. Or that those heavy in venus influence are more indoor types?

Interesting question... I'm thinking it is many things combined... Even without astrology it is... I find when in a new location or warm location I am outdoors constantly but when I am somewhere well known, I'm not interested in going anywhere unless for an interesting meeting or activity, And cold locations are quite difficult to be outside... IC/MC axis seems to play... But do you mean just indoor vs outdoor or home vs away... Or combination of all?

I'm an earth void who is very Venusian and I love the outdoors.

Perhaps my Venus (in 3H Libra stellium sextile to my Sag stellium) might account for why I enjoy flower beds and plants that are just there for beauty.

But I have a 5H Sag stellium (that includes moon and Mars) which contributes to my being athletic as well as someone who enjoys travel (including hiking, camping, trail rides, etc). My intense curiosity helps, and I'm sure spending years on a farm and in rural regions (some very beautiful) no doubt encouraged my love of the outdoors.

^ I'm an earth void Venusian as well... I do love the outdoors as well but has to be warm out. I will ski though, but hafta dress warm... And know there's a hot tub later...

I only have 1 planet in earth and Venus is one of my strong planets.

I love the outdoors, hiking, camping, rain sleet or snow. I love when its cold or hot out, don't matter.

I love the beach the most though, moon is one of my strong planets.

I believe all the air (intellectual) and water (internal) signs are more indoors and all the fire (sporty) and earth (sensual as in all 5 senses)are more outdoors. Yep, and try looking for such signs in Mars or the Asc rather than the Sun. I'm a Fire Sun (Sag, the ultimate adventure) and I'm great at sports but dislike camping and such (Scorpio Asc / Gemini Mars).

I'm heavy in earth...Virgo stellium and Capricorn stellium. I love to have a great view of the land around me, especially a long-range view. Living in a place where I have a good view of the earth around me is nice. I have Moon & Mars in 4th so a body of water is great too, even if it's just a river or stream.

But as far as getting out in the great outdoors? Heck no! There's spiders and ticks and bugs...and spiders. Don't even get me started on the mosquitoes. I've never been camping, and I'm just fine with that. I don't even like hiking. Getting all hot and sweaty, crazy little bugs flying everywhere and landing in my hair and crap...no thanks. The closest to the outdoors I will get is sitting on a (bug-free) deck, sipping some tea and enjoying a beautiful view of my surroundings.

The only objection to that rule is snowy environments. I LOVE snow and colder climates. I'm okay with sports/recreational activities that can be done in a snowy environment (skiing, snowboarding, etc.)

Virgo stellium (in 7th), Gemini Moon/Mars (4th), Capricorn stellium (in 11th and 12th), Aquarius rising.
