Yes, they're greatly compatible. I have tons of Tauruses around me (I'm Virgo), I get them and they get me. Having myself a Scorpius dominant (Moon and ascendant), it's even better ^^

Yes, we are, we are supposed to be (I'm a Virgo). But you should look at other placements apart from the Sun sign to see the overall compatibility.

My boss(Virgo) and other boss(Taurus) have been working with each other for years.

I find the Taurus provides stablity to the virgo when the virgo gets insecure.

Virgo bosses have this thing about things not running smoothly or perfectly.

The presence of the Taurus makes the Virgo feel more secure.
