House overlays work in my natalIn my chart I have Aquarius as my ASC at 9 degrees, but Pisces still governs practically ALL of my 1st house as well. Same thing for my Leo DSC at 9 degrees and Virgo taking up the rest of my 7th.. My MC/IC is fine, but how does the latter affect me personally? IP: Logged |

The question of all questions. Just for 5 minutes stare at your heliocentric chart and realize that if your sun is in Capricorn the earth is Cancer. And forget houses. If you have any Heliocentric positions that touch any geo, write it down, same goes for Equatorial asc,Polar,Vertex, node of Moon or true apogee and perigee ,write it down.If you have any geo positions at helio NODE of other, check that write it down, 1degree 15'max Okay stop that I know it is boring.Go back to your geocentric Tropical NATAL whatever house sys u prefer. Regardless of sign what planets are closest to angles, up to 15 degrees past asc and MC.Or up to 10 behind asc, less with MC unless that planet rules another Angle But do any of those rule the sign the earth is in? Or which ever one that does, does it make aspect to asc or mc. Which of those behind an angle house is parallel, check declination. I guess my point is when houses are messing with my mind, I look elsewhere. Most want to look at asc line cut and dry as in first breath if accurate, but your soul was in your body and ready before it took at breath. My mars is a full 10 degrees above asc and it reads both houses, not just 12th. Okay now go back to the problem you started with Sir. I still have that issue as well. Do I have late Leo on 11th OR Virgo on 2 cusps. Ultimately it makes little difference as there are enough other clues. You are going to get a lot of answers. good luck ------------------ LeekingChee IP: Logged |
