I'm sure this has been discussed before many times.

To those that have this, how the heck do you deal with it? My moon is also in Cancer and I am ruled by the moon as well.

I get sick of these intense emotions.

I have the conjunction in Scorpio -_-

It's pretty much a rollercoaster. I try to take a step back and conteract the negative thoughts. But off course there's no easy way around it. I just try to use logic as much as I can and have enough alone time to process my feelings.

When I just can't avoid certain people who are no good, I try to imagine myself surrounded by light or I say a prayer mentally. But it's not easy, sometimes the stress acumulates and the plutonian crisis happens :-(

Sometimes Moon/Pluto people just need to say no to some solicitations, because our nervous system requires rest and calm.

This is the most placement that I dislike in my chart. My moon is in leo square pluto in Scorpio at a tight orb..

Hi!

I'm sorry I can't help with the aspect but I wanted to ask a question from a different perspective. When you're in one of those intense emotional withdrawals, how would you like your SO to be? Understanding and compassionate or just to leave you alone to process but to be there for you when you come back?

Most of the discussions are based on the natal person's aspect but I'd like to understand the relationship dynamic part better.

Thanks!

It helps being surrounded by people that can deal with your emotions and intensity so that you don't have to "hide"!! Trust me on this one. You'll go NUTS trying to suppress what's inside. It also helps just flowing with your emotions. When I am down and make myself even more down so that I'll hit bottom of issue. That's the only way for me to help myself back up again. Lots of alone time and reflection is great too. I detest people trying to pry me open when I don't want to be open. Thankfully my husband is the exact same way, if not worse.

I have Pluto sq Moon, Sun, Mercury.

I agree with being able to open up with people. For the longest time I didn't do that. Then one day I couldn't take it anymore and had to share my feelings. My dad has been the most helpful.

I mention this because I had a bad day emotionally yesterday. The transit moon was squaring my Pluto and I didn't know what to do with myself.

I feel you on this one, but I've got Moon in Taurus opposite Pluto in Scorpio. Pluto also squares my Sun, Mercury, Venus, Saturn and Chiron and is conjunct my NN. The intensity I feel on a constant basis is almost too much. No matter what mood I'm in, whether I'm happy, sad, mad or whatever it's always INTENSE and I feel like I can't escape from it. And when I'm stressed I tend to be a b*tch to everyone around me because it's like the stress is amplified and I can feel it surging through my body. I hate being that way but it's like something else takes over my mind and I say mean things I later regret.

With Pluto opposing my Moon, I can be happy one minute then one little thing can **** me off and I'll be in a bad mood for the rest of the day. Meditation is something that calms me down. Spending time alone or in nature, petting a cat, drawing, video games, pretty much anything that numbs my mind and distracts me brings me back down to earth. I think that's the key for those with pluto-moon aspects, or alot of pluto/mars energy in their charts, find something slow, relaxing and calming that stops your racing thoughts and distracts you from whatever you're worked up about. Once I'm calm I usually think alot more rationally about whatever was bothering me and come to a better solution anyways.
