AS-Virgo (his timid,shaky appearance,but appears elegant and business oriented.)

MC-Gemini (he definately needs to have a mercury dominant chart,and MC in Gemini gives the intellect,the communication skills to do so,he is very "hands-on" type of leader,so I see this MC as a very useful aspect.)

Sun-Taurus (patient,stubborn,and very strong-willed)

Moon-Cancer (his very deep affection for his mother,have you seen season 2??? I feel bad for him,I have this moon xD)

Mercury-Gemini (good at communicating,and very quick)

Venus-Gemini (not really into relationships so idk)

Mars-Pisces (his weak appearance,once again,strengh isn't his best weapon,but his mind and taking action,so in pisces it would make him very in the background kind.Fascist dictator Francisco Franco of Spain has this placement.also there are indications that the penguin has been bullied a lot)

What do you guys think?is this accurate? Is there something you wana change? Any comments would be appreciated!

Also, if his Moon was conjunct his IC on the 4th house side, it would also be opposite his MC...which would be interesting, considering that was a theme that popped up in Season 2. The fact that his public image (MC) surrounds him being a big time crime boss, but his public image is contradicted/opposed by the fact that he's so close to his mother, and that she is really his only soft spot.

The IC is supposedly our most sensitive point. So when someone hurts him in his most sensitive point, it also makes sense that he would react the way that he did.
