I'm thinking about this as if we were reading Neptune as a significator in Horary...if you have squares to Neptune in your own natal chart could this mean (Okay, ex. my Sun, Mercury, and Venus sq. Neptune) that in general other people (Neptune in Cap) are going to be overly sensitive (the square) to how I express myself? (Sun, Merc, Venus in Aries)

If this is true, how would a positive Moon aspect equate to the same theory? I have Moon trine Neptune but trines are fuzzy to understand for me.
