Hi,I'm dealing with progressions and I my Moon progressed into sign of Scorpio transiting my 8th house. I must say I'm not happy about it since I don't like moon in Scorpio.
My natal moon is in Capricorn.
How can this progressed moon affect you character? Is it hard to deal with? It would be helpful if someone has the experience with it...What has changed? What are your observations? P Moon sextile N Sun

It sucked!!!!Uncharacteristic jealousy, possessiveness, sensitivity, anger, intensity with all emotions. To name a few. I'm sure it has some very wonderful points but as a person with a moon nothing like Scorpio moon, it was hell. IP: Logged |

Nooo . Is there anything good about this moon? I want to look optimistic on that.

My progressed moon is in Scorpio right now. Has been for the past 2 years. Thank God it goes into Sagittarius soon. Negative: my entire life has changed, and it has been very uncomfortable. I assume you're from the Pluto in Scorpio generation. Watch out for when pMoon is conjunct natal Pluto. That was when I was absolutely forced to make decisions I had been avoiding for some time. You will definitely be changed by this progression and it probably won't always feel good, since Scorpio and Pluto are about death and rebirth. It will be an intense period, especially since it's occurring in your eighth house.
You will probably be more willing to do things you never would have considered before. You will be attracted to the dark side of life and probably be very mistrustful of others. You may become cynical and learn the hard way that you can't trust anyone (or so this progressed moon will make you believe). Do be careful who you trust at this time though. Get rid of shady characters before pMoon conjunct Pluto does it for you, because I promise that will be painful. Positive: it will make changes that you need in order to thrive. Coming out the other side of pMoon in Scorpio, I can tell you my life is getting better. I experienced things during this progression that were just awful, but I'm stronger and more empowered because of those experiences and my life is looking up. Thank you for your response. Wow it does sound though. I had an AWFUL period emotionally when my p Moon was in Libra, I mean, can it get any worse? This was the thoughest time of my life, I somehow hope with p Moon in Scorpio, it just can't go any worse...

I've got both Moon and Asc progressed into Scorpio now. I definitely understand Scorpio people a lot more now... I've gotten more of an "I don't have time for this BS" attitude. I've started cleaning out closets and letting go of many things from the past for good, only holding on to the essential as much as I can. I deleted 800 people off Facebook when my moon first entered... I seem to really only want meaningful things a part of my life, especially people. All this letting go feels pretty good. I'm happier feeling more private and exclusive now. More of this might be coming from the Asc because it is more outward, the moon feels more inward which I already feel from a natal Rx Pluto conj Asc. ------------------

oh yea...i got this going on tooI have a stellium in the 7th with scorpio
my sun, moon, mercury, mars and pluto are all progressing through this sign...
and i know the the moon & mercury have passed my pluto in the 7th ...have to trace back to that one to see what happened but i suspect this was around the time i had a nervous breakdown. its been pretty raw emotionally for me.
i see the moon & mercury are almost conjunct the 8th so ugh... i can only imagine what else is next. ive noticed that ive been having alot of regression into my past.. remembering things from my childhood which is pretty upsetting in general already. my moon is in capricorn too so its making me more emotional than ever. im feeling things on such a deep level that i really feel scorpion like these days... im sure there is something to be learned.. a rebirth i feel is happening to me and im growing up harder than ever... as if cappy moons dont grow up hard enough. ------------------

You should not fear any progression. They all come to make you a better person and to help you grow.
The positive thing about this one is that it makes you grow stronger and truer. It lets you see the darkest side of yourself (one that you didn't even know you possessed: jealousy, obsession, and more than anything, an emotional turmoil).
But you also get to know the darker and the best side of others, so you might read everybody's intentions like a book with no effort at all. You could use that in your benefit. I had it in the 7th house, so it was more related to how I connect with other people. Suddenly whatever aspect was probably trivial before (depending the house in which your Moon is) is deeply felt now. You might develop emotional bonds (which may or may not last, but they always teach you something). Overall, you come out of this aspect stronger with your lesson learned, with a clearer sight of who you are and what you want, suddenly finding joy, balance, harmony and peace in your life.

I have a progressed Scorpio stellium. My children have a natal Scorpio stellium.
I have never thought that chess can be played with that amount of passion and screaming  .There is NO space for any compromise  . IP: Logged |

Nice... Lots of emotional turmoil for the next year and a bit :-/
I just remembered it's the release point of a kite training Mars and Jupiter while opposing a Mercury/Sun conjunction in the 7th... Wondering if that might help or hinder, if anyone knows. ------------------

This totally depends on what house the Progressed Moon is also going thought and what natal planets are in it... My Progressed Moon is in Libra right now (8 before Scorpio) in the 5th house... this has been the worst Moon ever. I have attracted tons of superficial people that betrayed and backstabbed me... I was constantly worried about what people thought about me and I was paranoid the whole time. BUT, my Pluto is Libra, too! I actually can't wait until my Pr Moon goes into Scorpio (5th house)... I'm craving deep intensity/connection and I'm ready to finally be in a place of not giving a **** /not putting up with BS and being concerned about others... Venus/5th house is also in Scorpio. When my Prog Moon entered the 8th house (Cappy)... I started college, had my first boyfriend, had sex for the 1st time... so, it all was a deep intense transformation... but I loved it. IP: Logged |

pMoon just entered Scorpio and it's my 6th House. My Job life is fcked up but still no issue with health but couple of health problems fixed.------------------

Pmoon in Eco formed a conjunction to natal Pluto very early on. It wasn't that bad at all.Pmoon is approaching natal Saturn and thereafter natal Mercury,Venus,Moon and Mc. I don't expect it to be that bad either. Only thing I can concur with is the cleaning out of meaningless superficial stuff. As well as the increased sensitivity. IP: Logged |

It is awful for most people. To quote my friend who went Through this progressed moon years ago, ‘i felt like I was losing my mind.’
