I know why I'm angry, but I think I'd confuse pretty much anyone that asks why. My anger is over something that most people would consider quite trivial and it would further become a question of "Why does that anger you so much?" I can't explain in detail why the source of my anger has made me this angry.I am so angry I'm surprised I haven't caused any damage over it. I've been calm in front of people and I'm able to act as though I'm not as angry as I actually am. In private, I can feel the anger but I'm able to do things without being destructive. Thing is, it has been a day and the anger hasn't gone away. I'm not used to this, so I decided to ask: which transits cause an unexplainable anger? IP: Logged |

If you have any planets near 14 degrees of a Cardinal sign, that would do it. Everyone in my family has Cardinal placements from 7-12 degrees, and we've all been on edge.Mars/BML are conjunct (by a few degrees now), and adding to the Uranus/Pluto square. That can create a lot of anger if there's no reasonable way to deal with the energy in a healthy fashion (hard work/exercise, etc.) My family and I have been mostly stuck inside during this transit, and it's been really unpleasant. I hope you find a good solution soon! IP: Logged |

What orbs should I use for determining if a planet is relevant? I have Progressed Mars in 18-degree Aries. Also, is it possible to be affected by transits to the Prenatal Solar Eclipse? I'm asking, because my Prenatal Solar Eclipse is at 13-degree Capricorn. I'm not really clear on whether transits to the Prenatal Solar Eclipse mean anything. IP: Logged |

Mars transits typically last 2 days on longitude, say when passing within 1° of natal Moon or Sun (conjunct, square, opposite). However, Mars can also make elongated passes in declination to natal points, especially those nearer the extremes of declination (ecliptic 23° north or south). That is where all planets slow down in their movements and can make longer transits that are not seen if looking only at the flat wheel chart (longitudes). quote: Originally posted by Lerena: What orbs should I use for determining if a planet is relevant?
About 1° for transits that you are feeling in the form of emotions/energies as you have described. quote: I'm not really clear on whether transits to the Prenatal Solar Eclipse mean anything.
Nope. Look instead to both longitude and declination (north/south) positions of planets in your natal chart. ------------------ The Declinations Guy Astrology & Natural Medicine blog IP: Logged |

If I may ask you, Kannon. Is there a fairly easy way to look at a flat wheel chart and if one has decent memory, to quickly see the declination? Or is it pretty much always necessary to open the PDF? IP: Logged |

I checked the declination for my Natal Mars and Progressed Mars and they aren't anywhere near 23 degrees. I also checked the declination of Solar Arcs and nothing showed up.The only planet I see that has a 23-degree declination is my Moon in Gemini. And my North Node in Capricorn. My North Node isn't near 14 degrees though. Edit: It doesn't look like any transits are bugging me right now. Maybe that means my anger will go away soon? I hope so. IP: Logged |

Roughly so for the inner planets, if you are well practiced in observation their declinational cycles. quote:

Yes. Look at the declinations always. Retrograde motion and other orbital aberrations mean that you cannot rely on each planet to be at a particular declination because they are at a particular longitude position. Only Sun (ecliptic), Ascendant, MC (calculated points) have that regularity. Pluto varies especially far from the ecliptic plane, thus requiring a look at actual declination positions to always know where it is. The Moon also has cycles of change within its declination range making it absolutely crucial you check its declination without assumptions. ------------------ The Declinations Guy Astrology & Natural Medicine blog

Lerena, it could actually be a progressed factor, which would mean an aspect right near culmination (within 0°05' arc of exact).------------------ The Declinations Guy Astrology & Natural Medicine blog IP: Logged |

Kannon: Progressed Saturn: 18 Aquarius 29 Progressed Neptune: 18 Capricorn 33I have trouble keeping minor aspects straight, but I think my Progressed Saturn and Progressed Neptune are a semi-sextile aspect. This is the only aspect I found, so it could be Saturn and Neptune. I don't really think of Saturn and Neptune in aspect when I think of things causing anger though. IP: Logged |
