I've seen forums where people discuss their upcoming SA aspects to their natal chart and I'm wondering do you use a Program to see this?

I have tried to use Astro, but the charts are a bit hard to read since it also includes the progressions.

Would using an ephemeris work? What are your methods for seeing your solar arc directions?

Thanks in advance!

Most people are simply approximating based on the Sun's secondary progressed movement of day-for-a-year. So if you are 30, they'll add an arc of 30°+ to your planets' natal positions and see how they line up.
