Topic: Too open for the Everyday: HSP and ADD aspects

It's not really agreed, if the diagnosis "HSP" - (Highly Sensitive Person) clinically exist.
Not all doctors agree on "ADD" - (Attention Deficit Disorder) either, but there is much recognition and treatment now.I don't agree they are necessarily pathologies - and could maybe have a relation to certain aspects in the natal chart. For example I have Mercury square Uranus in a tight orb and cannot work or think in a steady way 
I'm nervous and constantly in a flow of associations (which is perfect for scrolling through the Internet for hours - but a mess if you have a deadline for a paper)
I feel so ashamed for not having any discipline
But my mind is like a monkey, throwing itself from tree to tree -_-
The other thing is my 12th House Neptune.
It's opposite my Gemini Moon and I feel overflooded very quickly. Noise, too many people, aggressive atmospheres, too many stimuli - and I get ill.
My skin get's inflamed, I have nervous breakdowns and forget to eat (if the situation stays that way for a while)
Sometimes I just lie silently in a dark room the whole day, it's the only thing that helps.
My Brother has a severe form of autism (which is also not a disease but another form of perceptual experience in a way) What do you think?
Is it a question of aspects? Or astrology at all? IP: Logged |

I definitely think Neptune and Uranus have something to do with ADD. I have tight square from my sun to both and I've always struggled with ADD. People see me as an "airhead." I had a teacher in high school tell me I was the "smartest airhead she knew" because she was blown away by how well I did in biology. She thought I was an idiot😂 IP: Logged |

I see ADHD with a Mars/Mercury conjunction and sometimes with the square.Mercury/Uranus to me is more brilliant but undisciplined. ------------------
