Who notices everything more?
Virgo or Scorpio?Scorpio notices the little things about human nature and mannerisms and can pick up on the patterns and habits of people. What about Virgo? I feel like we notice everythinggggg
I have both placements so I don't know which is which when it comes to my detail oriented perception! IP: Logged |

I think they notice the same amount but their 'area' is different? Scorpio would be more looking at the why's of things - the root causes, while Virgo would be more fascinated with the how's of things - how does this relate to that and why is this needed for efficiency. IP: Logged |

Let's say you have a Virgo lawyer and Scorpio lawyer as defendant and prosecutor. Virgo Lawyer would get all the relevant trivia as to why the suspect is not guilty. All indisputable facts - where he was, what he was doing and when. How it was logically impossible for him to be the killer. Scorpio lawyer will have one conversation with said suspect. Fix his piercing gaze on the defendant, and find the one gaping loophole in his alibi (that everybody missed) that nails him. IMO Virgo deals with factual detail, and Scorpio with emotional detail.
Yes, they both are precise and they both are conscientious. But for Virgo, a fact is a fact. For Scorpio, a fact is a clue. To the deeper truth. IP: Logged |

Btw - great thread, Goatcat!I have a lot of Virgos and Scorpios in my life. And I often wonder at this. Kinda similar, at first glance, but so different. The level of detail (who goes deeper, who's more precise, how do they use their precision powers) - as well as how they express it. Both are capable of making incisive observations - but in different realms, as SDragon mentioned. Virgo will notice the smallest physical detail. Scorpio won't miss the slightest nuance of your feelings. Now, if someone has personal planets in both Virgo and Scorpio - that's an unbeatable combo, if used right.  IP: Logged |
