Are there any signs/aspects/asteroids that can indicate this?

It's so weird because about two weeks ago I had a dream that my grandma's neighbor had cancer and in the dream she was wearing a shirt but no pants or underwear and I was so concerned I would see her vagina (lol, sorry this is TMI) and earlier today my grandma called and told me her neighbor just found out she has uterine cancer!
