I have pluto transiting conjunct my Asc and Uranus conj. my moon - (it is currently retrograde and it may go back a few degrees to be conj my sun again too.)The past year has been....strange. Let's leave it at that. Something I noticed this morning is that electronics, machines and devices of all sorts tend to go haywire or just DIE for no apparent reason around me when I am feeling some intense emotion - generally anger, anxiety, frustration, sadness -- though Intense Focus seems to have the same effect. Intense happies don't seem to break anything for me. In the past 30 days
2 x iPhone 6 (the latest was not even 24 hours new)
2 x high quality battery pack
1 x Nikon D650 Camera
1 x macbook air
1 x My Car
Cable box, television and wifi box - numerous times.
And more. Most often - these items suddenly lose power and die while I am holding them and using them. The exceptions being the cable/tv/wifi and the car. (I don't actually hold the cable/internet things to use them)I was driving the car when a driver appeared out of nowhere, ran a red light and t-boned me. SO - if the body is a device, add several broken ribs and a severe concussion. If I extend the time frame out a few months, add another car, 2 more computers, tablets, various printers, another major concussion....and plenty more I didn't bother to keep track of. AND - other people's devices, machines and electronics seem to go haywire around me if I am feeling intense emotion or intense focus. I've taken items in for repair, dismantled some of them - there is NEVER any reasonable explanation for why the device no longer works or what caused it to power down in the first place. Luckily, only MY items seem to die, in most cases. Other people assume they just had a buggy moment with their thingers. The last thing that is rather weird is that for the past 6 months, I've had startling, sudden and overwhelming clairsentience, um, episodes? One day it lasted for hours and it was like someone had put a thumb drive in my brain and was uploading a million terabytes of esoteric data - but more often, it's just a sudden knowing - what someone is doing, what their motives are, who did something, what someone needs, who is hurting - and it's always weird - like someone flipped the channel on the TV for a millisecond. I can't control or predict when this happens. As for the esoteric download, I tried to write as much down as I could recall while it was fresh but I was exhausted. I wrote for hours but I haven't been able to bring myself to read it. I think it needs to sit and simmer. Do you think this is all Uranus? Oh, and don't think I didn't notice Saturn (my beloved chart ruler) sitting right on top of my natal Jove. If it rains, it pours. Oh - and please don't assume I am cynical and dour by nature. I am - or always have been - happy, cheerful, optimistic, energetic.... On the other hand, if you think I'm completely bat chit crazy, you may be right. Maybe this is what a psychotic break feels like? So far, I do not think I am Lady Gaga or Princess Grace and I have no desire to take over the world, nor do I want to hurt, maim, kill or otherwise negatively impact anyone or anything. If I'm losing my mind, at this point at least, i am rather harmless. Besides, you know, being a walking mercury retrograde.

Amazing story!  Yes, I think it's Uranus. I had some wild times when my progressed sun in Aquarius was conjunct my natal Mercury and transiting Uranus. I also felt like I was "downloading" sometimes...not on the same level as you described. Once when I was high in that time frame, I thought I had telekinetic power and crumpled a piece of paper with mind power. LOL I am genuinely not sure whether I did or not. (I kinda think I did.)

If we use the Hypothetical tnp Poseidon, then T Uranus is in oppo to it.
The old Rules for Planetary Pictures refers to the pair as referring to media/electronics.cameras if I recall correctly.So in opposition YEAH, WISH I had time to look at all the steroids.
I hope you post on this when it seems to end
as far as "being a walking mercury retrograde." I feeelyyaHHH,
mine jus went SD in Progression / and it feels WEEEIIIRRRDDDD, likely take 18 months real time to get moving

I've had this happen to me a few times too, but not as often as you describe. For example, I recall a couple of times when I've been on my laptop then I'll start thinking about something that makes me mad (and I really FEEL my emotions when I have them so I felt this angry energy in my body). Once I decided to stop thinking about what I was mad about, I felt an energy shoot out of my chest really quick and at the same moment my laptop restarted all by itself. o.o IP: Logged |

Well I am an electric sheep too. Not so much into laptops, thank god, although I`ve lost some PCs. The most annoying situation is when an ATM looses its brains when you touch it and you desperately need cash.
But Iīve been that way since childhood (no computers then, but electricity existed  ). I was always asked to hold the antenna in my hand when the signal was weak, this knowledge came in helpful during early internet days, when modems were used.
When I think about something, which raises deep emotions, I canīt touch the switch to switch the light on/off, as the bulbs will burn out.
So I guess it must be something in my natal that indicates the ability to tamper with electricity, electrical devices and electronics.
I`ve got retrograde Uranus in 12th house Virgo opposite Mercury-Venus-Saturn. Trine Moon and sextile Jupiter.
I notice the OP has also Ura in the opposing sign with Mercury and sext Jup. I guess Mercury-Uranus is the culprit though.IP: Logged |

I also have this with electronics. It has come to a point where people seriously ask me to get closer to their faulty laptop or gadget and it will start right up again hehe.
If not, it is a hobby and part time job to repair most of them.
From a very young age I was always excited to repair anything electronic broken Uranus is Rx in my 5th house and is trine Mars in the 9th Uranus is also part of a wide Grand Trine in my chart with my Sun and Jupiter. IP: Logged |

karenkellybella, Looking at your natal chart again, you've got Uranus opposite Moon. I think this might be a big reason why this happens to you. Any time you have an intense emotion (emotions are represented by the moon), electronics feel your wrath! (Uranus rules technology and electronics and being that it's opposing your Moon, it would seem that whenever your emotions are intense they are shifted to the electronics around you by way of this opposition.)IP: Logged | |
