Btw my sis has SN in 9th, I have ruler of asc conjunct 9th house ruler. We're both foreigner living in Canada. She's such a ***** to everyone. So rude to me too.

Well, it could just be adolescent angst. She needs someone (esp her big sister), to be patient and loving with her. Teenagers act out in different ways. Maybe the 'rudeness' as you see it, is her way. In any case, don't take it personally.
a. It's probably just a phase, or,
b. maybe your personalities clash in general, no matter what the age In either case, this is something you need to talk out with her (gently). If you explain how someone's behaviour affects you, generally they tell you why they act like that. Or they listen and understand (eventually). I realize my answer has no astrology-related reason at all - partly coz I don't know that much, and partly coz I believe your problem is more psychological than astrological. Take care.
