I think this why sometimes I attract intense situations in my life. I can be the most quiet person in my own little world. And then, BAM!! Somebody would say that i'm mean mugging them or doing something, when i not even caring at all. I dont even pay attention to people that much or people wanting my attention then get mad when I feel their vibes out and dont give it to them..

I have this at a really tight orb..

Moon-pluto can manifest that way, yes, especially if we're talking about negative experiences with women.

My husband has this placement, and he is generally the type of person who can get along with anyone.

However, it's a wide out-of-sign square, 6* orb.

He had his share of fights when he was younger, but I don't notice him attracting much negative attention now.

He's a Leo Sun, so doesn't like being told what to do, and that can cause some issues, but otherwise no.

I have an Aquarius ascendant also, and i do feel that any moon-pluto aspect can draw unwarranted hostility, or attempts to control and/or manipulate you, from women.

Thats certainly been my experience, anyway. The moon can symbolize women and, at its worst, pluto symbolizes power struggles and manipulation. It may be exacerbated in my own chart by the fact that i have Lilith conjunct my chart ruler and my midheaven.

I can go into a room and, like the OP, be totally quiet and civil, and have to deal with some form of female passive-aggression or outright hostility. Something about these placements makes other women view you as a threat and attempt to control or subdue you in some way, but people can only do to you what you let them do. You have to strike a balance of letting people know directly what you feel and will and will not tolerate without responding to the provocation in a way that gives them the chance to twist things, play the victim and make you look like the aggressor.

Its a tricky placement to navigate, your every comment and action is viewed by the insecure as some non-verbal form of "challenge", even if, like the OP said, you aren't even thinking about them.

Lol. I just realized that my ex-boyfriend of many years also has Pluto square Moon.

He and my husband are polar opposites, *especially* in their dealings with women.

...I edited out my lengthy spiel about my ex, as his chart is riddled with nefarious aspects, and his issues may or may not pertain to Pluto/Moon square.

We tend to give people the benefit of the doubt only to later realize we wouldve benefited ourselves by doubting. My orb is pretty tight too and it's also square my sun but the orb is large.
I can't say I attract enemies, but I certainly attract people who are more drawn to my connections to others than me specifically (Leo Moon& Sun/Scorp Pluto) They seem to want to be apart of the attention I naturally draw from others.

It's funny that you've said this, I've had people use me in this way to get the attention of people around me, only in a more aggressive way. Basically they'll attack me because they know ill complain loudly about it, in earshot of the people whose attention they want.

I experienced this all through school (in retrospect, I realize it was born of jealousy, although I had done nothing to warrant such feelings).

I occasionally experience it in life still, but as I'm now generally able to choose the people I interact with, it doesn't happen as often.
Occasionally in my work environment, this may happen if I'm surrounded by particularly petty people.

I do not have any Pluto/Moon aspects, but I do have Venus opposite Pluto (Pluto in H3), and BML conjunct Sun in H8.

Do people ever say things to you guys in a joking manner then look at you crazy when you don't laugh because you know that they are being passive aggressive? I also have people waiting to kick my back in when I'm in a group setting.. Maybe that's the 11th house?

Honestly, I don't know if all of the traits you're describing can be attributed exclusively to Pluto square Moon.

Pluto in general, and yes, H11 I would think.
At least for what I've quoted here, and from my experience.
