Topic: Mercury in 2H and 3H, Venus in 4H and 5H.

I am getting my chart rectified and need your help with planet placements. I can't figure out which house my Venus and Mercury fall in because I can relate to both 'planets in house' descriptions. Maybe you can describe yours if you have it in these houses so I can see if that sounds like me.What is the difference between Venus in 4th house and Venus in 5th house? Also, Mercury in 2nd and Mercury in 3rd house? Thanks a lot in advance! IP: Logged |

Maybe I should start myself as example in question..I like nature, animals, love flowers, gardening. A LOT. That, to me is Venus in 4th. But I'm not your typical housewife, which I thought Venus in 4th is. I enjoy cooking/baking but it easily becomes a burden if I have to do it everyday, as a routine because then it stops being interesting and becomes a chore. I like everything beautiful, have great appreciation for beauty in general, whether it is people, nature, art or even our planet Earth. I enjoy art, books, theater, love music, social outings, drinks. That sounds like Venus in 5th. But I am Not a hedonist. I'm not all about partying and having fun. I equally enjoy spending time at home with family. Mercury in 3H. I like to stay up to date with everything new, trends, news, book releases, films etc. Often change hobbies, everything interests me. I often start something, don't finish it and switch onto something else. Mercury in 2H - don't understand this placement, at all. Need your take on it! IP: Logged |

I'd think that the sign the planet is in matters too. That might help you figure it out. For instance, I have Venus in the 4th. I love family, nature, home, baking/cooking, flower arranging, decorating, etc. But my Venus is in Aquarius & afflicted. So, due to that and other Uranian influences, I'm more of a rolling stone. It's almost like I like the IDEA of all that stuff or playing at it when I'm in the mood, rather than actually DOING it.So, look at the signs those planets fall into and how they're aspected while you're playing around with birth times. I think that will help along with considering the characteristics of the houses. Good luck! IP: Logged |
