I know someone on Fiverr who could hook you up, but it costs about $30; but she will read your solar return like a natal chart - let me know if you're interested.

Alternatively, Astrodenist (Astro.com) have Yearly Horoscope reports; but I think that report is created by analysing transits/progressions to your natal chart.
