There isn't any 'supposed to' here. Transits and progressions signal windows of opportunity, not windfalls from heaven.My Sun progressed to Venus' exact position in my natal chart in 1993. Nothing happened. Zero in terms of relationships or anything else associated with Venus of any memorable value. By themselves singular progressed aspects hold far less potential than the aggregate sum of simultaneous near exact progressed aspects and transits. These define the total window of opportunity. Then there is the human motivation. Often we are just not motivated enough to do what it takes to produce a particular result, or we have not yet learned what that is. ------------------
