So I was watching a documentary about the ancient Egyptians and it talked about the "Golden Age" or the period where humans are most evolved/ enlightened.Just curious as to what others believe to be true and any knowledge is out there as I'm currently obsessed with it. Also why does Pisces rule/correspond to the dark ages (of course I want to know because I am one) and why does Leo rule the Golden age? And if you do believe in the yugas, what age do you think we're currently in? I know there is differing opinions. Some believe we're at the end of the dark (iron) age, and some think we've already entered the bronze. IP: Logged |

The golden age is actually Aquarius.I think we entered the age of Aquarius on 12 21 12. I think that's why the Mayans thought the date was important. IP: Logged |

saying its just aquarius is like saying the asc/dsc axis is just aquariusalso isn't there 5 sun ages, which wouldn't line up with the 6 astrological ages (actually 12, but can simplify it to 6 if you say that north pole in leo south pole aquarius is similar to north pole aquarius south pole leo) IP: Logged |

Why do you think its more than one?Actually the age of Leo was Atlantis. It is just one age. The opposition of the ages occurs about 12,000 years apart. My asc/dsc axis is Libra/Aries. But I am a Libra ascendant not an Aries asc. and my Libra ascendant is my identity. Not Aries? IP: Logged |

well the cause of the ages is from the north pole axis being in Aquarius is it not? So why would the north pole be important and not the south pole? they are both equally important, and on the southern hemisphere north is actually pointing to the south pole isn't it?

Well the NN has the qualities of the Sun. And the Sun is the ego of the age. The SN is somewhat hidden. IP: Logged |

thats just theory. you would think the nodes would be equally as powerful as they are just where the moon crosses the ecliptic. just one going above, and one where it goes below.IP: Logged |

Its not to me.NN is positive while SN is negative. I think that's why the Sphinx which was originally a Lion (Leo)was built next to Orion's belt (pyramids) which signifies Cancer. Whoever built it I believe was showing the transition from the age of Leo to the Age of Cancer about 12,000 years ago. And you know what is so cool about that is the precession is actually moving backwards. We went from Leo to Cancer now from Pisces to Aquarius.

But you can't disregard that Aries is still there.

Tbh I don't know how that 5 suns theory works.I am more in tune with the 26,000 year cycle where each sign lasts about 2,200 years. IP: Logged |

Yes, this is what I'm referring to. They even mentioned the sphinx in the documentary I watched as a symbol of Leo. Peak of the iron (dark) age corresponding to history's dark ages and specifically when all the golden age information/knowledge was destroyed, like the library in Alexandria for example. It would be hard for me to believe we're now entering a golden age. Bronze age, I can believe.

People who aren't Mayan always misunderstand their calendar and their other beliefs about time and the ages. Hence the whole "The world is ending in 2012" situation, until a few Mayans stepped forward and cleared it all up.IP: Logged |
