My husband is a Pisces Asc, Venus. To put it mildly: he has serious delusions bordering on paranoia :-/ That's not an exaggeration either.

I think this transit is particularly significant for us Pisces rising folks. The Neptunian factor becomes magnified in our lives. For better or worse.

I will be experiencing it in a few years. Since natally Neptune is at the cusp of my 8th house, I am not ruling out passing to the other side.

His delusions are not the result of Pisces Rising and Venus in Pisces. I would dig much deeper than that.
