What is the meaning of progressed Sun conjunct progressed Saturn? I have recently become fascinated by progressions and the way they fill in the gaps left by transits predictions.

Can anyone share light on the meaning and symbolism of this particular progression? I Can't seem to find anything online about it.

I don't know too much about progressions but they are kind of like you're evolved chart. It shows how you're handling your natal chart as you go through life.

Read Sun/Saturn conjunct interpretations.

The progressions(like transits) are more about emotional upheavals and changes.

The external manifestations are a product of that internal strife and not necessarily the catalyst of them.

Belage,

Let's break it down ...

Sun = vitality/power/will/identity.
Saturn = challenges/lessons/standards/ambitions.

Both are masculine, relating to parental/authority figures in the outer world.

So this progression, which lasts a total of no more than about 4 months or so, indicates a timing of challenges related to integrating the two principles within yourself and your actions towards meeting responsibilities, goals, etc.

What happens during this time will depend upon what else is happening in your progressed chart (and in transits), as all astrological factors work in aggregate.

^^^ Thank you so much! Makes a lot of sense.

I have been going through a Jupiter conjunct sun transit and I haven't felt Jupiterian at all. In fact, if anything, I have been feeling more Saturnian and I couldn't figure out why. So I started looking at progressions and I noticed my progressed sun was conjunct my progressed Saturn.

So on the outside, to people looking at my life, i look Jupiterian: I am getting favors and support, i act jovial, while on the inside I feel Saturnian because I have been taking on a lot of responsibilities and challenges. I now understand when people say that progressions symbolize what's happening on the inside.
