I was once close to someone with an Aries sun and Libra Saturn, Sag Uranus. But she did not cooperate, nor was she diplomatic. At all. And she was insanely competitive. And she displayed all her trophies and ribbons, which I jokingly referred to as "the shrine." (Her sense of humor was erratic, she sometimes laughed with me, at other times could go into a rage.)
Perhaps with age she'll mellow and her Libra Saturn will modify her Aries sun, stellium, ASC.
Though she could be surprisingly romantic at times, in very effective ways...though partially, I expected so little from her in that regard that anything she did was automatically magnified, and yet I shouldn't downplay how good she could be at it when she wanted (OTOH, I shouldn't forget she was doing the same for others behind my back at the same time).
I vaguely recall reading somewhere (when I was researching her chart) that an Aries sun faced with a Libra Saturn felt as if the world limited them which made them even more aggressive and harder to get along with (or words to that affect). I remember that much because I spent a lot of time thinking about it, she did think along those lines, and yet she was also right: as a blasian, her Korean American family abused her (even breaking her arm) while she caught racist flak from everyone (white, black, etc), that is until she became such a star athlete which may be why she prized her trophies and ribbons so much, they were proof to the world that she deserved love and acceptance that she felt the world refused her.
Of course, were she able to get past that expectation of rejection and worse from others (easier said than done when raised as she was) she could finally find what she wants, but keeps sabotaging herself as much as being sabotaged by others around her. (Her attitude--mixed with her tattooed muscles--could be funny, though, I about laughed again just now as I recalled a 13-year-old boy who was crushing on me running away in terror as she drove up and "erupted" from her jeep, with her asking me what his problem was. )
Her Saturn return was much worse than mine...but then that's when Saturn gives the tests and either whacks with the stick or grudgingly passes you. I passed, she failed. But I do wish I knew more on what a difference it makes to have a Libra sun-Saturn conjunction (as I do) vs. Aries sun-Saturn Libra as she did during the Saturn return.
