The reason I ask is because my best friend and both have Taurus moon,Her's is 0.4 degree while mines is 12.7 which is supposed to be second duad, is there really a different or we both true cows?

I believe in duads myself. It means the first 2.5 degrees has a weaker tone of the same sign that it's in, the second 2.5 degrees has a weaker tone of the next sign after.
