Mars will enter retrograde zone on 17 February, then will go retrograde on 17 April and will finally leave the RX zone on 22 August 2016. Quite a long time span….I just checked what natal planets will be affected and it looks really horrible. Mars will be transiting the end of my 3rd and the beginning of my 4th house and will make the following aspects: - Mars conjunct Mars
- Mars opposite Chiron
- Mars conjunct Uranus
- Mars square Venus
- Mars opposite Moon
- Mars opposite MC Well, all of them except for the last two transits are my natal placements, so I should be used to these energies but it’s pretty scary anyway :/
Saturn is currently transiting my 4th house so I hope it will calm things down.
What aspects will retrograding Mars make to your natal planets and from what house?

I'm currently trying to figure out which house system to use, but I noticed that Mars Retrograde will oppose my Progressed Mercury on my birthday.As Mars Retrograde goes back into Scorpio, I also have a conjunction to my Ascendant sometime in early June. And if it's in Retrograde long enough, a conjunction to my Pluto. Maybe I should be worried? I don't know for sure.  But, Mercury Retrograde has my attention right now. IP: Logged |

What are the basic rules of mars retrograde? I know you're not supposed to plan surgeries, which freaks me out since I'll be in the hospital in July :/IP: Logged |

Mars Retrograde in 2016 will be more intense than in the past several years because 2016 is a 9 numbered year.The other issue is that Saturn and Mars would conjunct later during the year, and many events will be triggered for Sagittarius Rising folk, as this is the Sign of the conjunction. On a Planetary Scale, the biggest concern would be Xenophobic Attacks or Xeonphobia influencing government decisions, especially in Europe. Stock Markets are almost certain to crash during the peak of the Mars Retrograde, and later during the conjunction of Saturn and Mars. ------------------

Scorpio is ruled by Mars so its ruler retrograding there will be quite an intense experience for everyone whose planets will make aspects to this retro.Lots of caution is advised as scorpio rules among other things, death. Depending on the house placement, it doesn't have to mean physical death. it could mean death of a relationship, ideals, career, pets, etc... IP: Logged |
