How do you view life?
Do you think that your impression of world is too unrealistic?

The material world actually isn't real anyway its just an illusion and all material is actually vibrating and isn't actually dense like we perceive it.

I dont think I see things unrealistically quite the opposite I think its sad when people give 100 percent of their heart into things that aren't real because when you die how much of the material stuff will you be able to take with you?

my guy has a Moon-Neptune square, and physical appearance is so foreign to him.
He sees with his soul.
I went to the dentist the other day for a root canal, and even thou I looked like a chipmunk and barely could open my mouth, he still tried a tongue kiss. He even managed to get one. lol. aaahh, Neptune people.

Unrealistic? No
Standard? Also no.

My views have changed through life. Interesting enough, people say I'm too cynical, and yet when I'm wrong, it's usually because I'm not cynical enough (though as I finally adjusted my views to become more cynical that's less true than it used to be, but I find I enjoy being pleasantly surprised over bitterly disappointed).

I am aware that we all have a limited view of reality. When I was younger I thought I'd learned my own limitations, but I'd only scratched the surface.

It's possible that the conjunction being sextile to Pluto (in its own stellium) also has an effect. For example, I'm gobsmacked when I hear platitudes like "love drives out fear" when I know love makes one vulnerable and thus increases fear (which increases anger and hate), and I know plenty others are aware of that as well given how many sources of hate propaganda are sure to try to make people feel that who and what they love (such as mothers and children) are somehow threatened by whatever group is to be hated, because the presence of love is necessary to truly and passionately hate, not apathy. I believe it's my Pluto that allows me to see this, though there are other factors (astrological and otherwise) as well.

I'm at least similar to this. I'm much more drawn to people's stories than I am their appearances, and looks just don't have that much of an impact on me. I was with someone who had some horrible burn scars and I was more curious than repulsed and still somewhat attracted.

I'm aware of comeliness and ugliness, but in a more clinically detached way.

That said...there's no way I'd insist on tongue kissing someone who just had a root canal, that sounds cruel to me. But then I don't seem to have an overwhelming sex drive so perhaps that makes a difference (that might also help explain why looks aren't as important to me as they are to others).

IMPORTANT: my moon-neptune is conjunct, not square, I just share more out of a way to compare/contrast.

I have Moon opposite Neptune exact (and Square Sun by 2 degrees)

I think the greatest issue is borders.
Normally you should have them. For me the world is in an ongoing flow, everything is intimatly connected.
I perceive atmospheres more than entities.

Read an article recently about Autism, ADD and High Sensitivity - they found out shortly before christmas that there is a certain Neurotransmitter in the Brain that prevents you from being flooded with sensory information, it's inhibitory and makes your neurons stop firing all the time.
The result is that we are able to focus and perceive objects as distinct and self-contained. We can choose our foreground and background and filter what is important or not in a situation.

I found this very very interesting.
Neptunian Aspects evoke an "Oceanic Feeling".
This is nothing pathologic, it can become not easy to live with, of course.
There is a greater openness of perception in my opinion which can turn out to be great and make you an artist, a healer or a great spiritual teacher.
Or not so great, if you look at Amy Winehouse, who had Moon conjunct Neptune and destroyed her talent with drugs and alcohol. Which I don't judge, because it's so easy to say: Get yourself together!
With hard Neptune Aspects, it's not easy.
If you were born and lack the certainty that there is this universal love, you will crave for it and search in all the wrong places...
If you didn't see it yet - go watch the documentary "Amy"
You learn very much about Neptune...

The Moon naturally loves Neptune so the emotionality can be overwhelming.
To hold yourself together can be difficult and depends on some grounding aspects by Mercury and Saturn.

Exact conjunction at 29 Sag, also conjunct South Node tightly. It's a blessing and a curse, like any aspect. It makes me very intuitive and empathetic, but it brought on some serious issues too. My view on the world definitely has idealistic overtones. I fall in love with potentials, with what I know can become, but not with what is. Sometimes my emotions are overwhelming and overpowering, being in a Fire sign and all. Neptune rules addictions and I am addicted to food (Moon). I am quite the emotional eater and actually my emotions are my undoing - because they're all also conjunct the 12H cusp, the SN conjunction doesn't help.

Moon rules the 6th and 7th, which are 2 of my over-sensitive areas, where I feel like a failure most of the time. Neptune rules the 2nd and it's my absolute blind spot. I am simply clueless about 2H matters.

The fact that they're very well aspected helps a little, but not much. It's a tough aspect to have, especially conjunct the SN, because I must, MUST overcome it. And you just can't understand how it sucks you in, every time. I was always afraid I'd end up a drug addict or an alcoholic and homeless as a result. I never judge these people, I know I could easily be them. I picked the easiest addiction, but the most pervasive. The only thing separating me from these people is that I never go all the way. I always want to, but I never do. Which doesn't say anything good about me, living at half the intensity is not a life. But I don't want to lose myself. Well, I do. But I am scared. They're sextiled Pluto and Saturn, can't you tell?

Hey twinsie!
Just emailed you...

Ill answer this question for you..

I've been told I'm TOO realistic which seems to equal being pessimistic.
Cappy moon conjunct cappy Neptune.
My view of the world is that most are too superficial and shallow and can't view anything below the surface. When it comes to face value things I can be objective and see what it is in plain sight and how others relate to it and then discern how much value it has e.g. religion, intellect, fashion, beauty, conversations, even atmosphere and peoples voice and sense through these moon Neptune receptors just how deep it really is.. just how much it can affect my world if it truly has depth. If it doesn't, i dismiss it. It'd be unrealistic of me to be naive and not see things clearly even though it's a contradiction since Capricorn is about things being at face value while Pisces is about hidden value and not being able to see it clearly.

Hope this helps!
