The four royal stars of persia i said to be of great prominence in the birth chart.They were regarded as the guardians of the sky in approximately 3000 BCE during the time of the Ancient Persians in the area of modern day Iran. The Persians believed that the sky was divided into four districts with each district being guarded by one of the four Royal Stars.The stars were believed to hold both good and evil power and the Persians looked upon them for guidance in scientific calculations of the sky, such as the calendar and lunar/solar cycles, and for predictions about the future.The Sphinx was also created in this form, which means the civilization that created Egypt knew about these stars at 11,000BC! Amazing!
These four powerhouses of the sky are as follows:
Aldebaran of Taurus.(Core Taurii)
Regulus of Leo. (Core Leonis)
Antares of Scorpio (Core Scorpii)
Fomalhaut of Pisces. (Core Piscii)
Not including stars like Sirius and Betelgeuse. These four stars are are probably the most important stars in the natal chart and you should check their positions right away man! 
I actually have some closes counters with these stars in my chart.
Mars conjunct Regulus - 1 degree
Mercury conjunct Antares - 1 degree (Sun 4 degrees)
Saturn conjunct Fomalhaut - 3 degree's (Not sure about this one)
