Topic: Libra moon and keeping up with status quo for other people?

I don't know what is with this moon sign, but the constant fakeness when it comes to people. I grew up around three of them and I hated how they would completely change around people. I mean a complete 180.. They think the reason why people like them is because of their niceness, but I think it's the other way around.. I would look more at ASC for 'fakeness' and how a personality is coming across than Moon sign.I'm a Libra moon, and I cannot fake a friggin thing. I wish I were better at it. My heart is forever on my sleeve, and when I'm not into you, you know it. And currently I'm hiding in my room rather than meeting up with people in my house because I just do not have the need to keep up with a status quo over my mental health today. So, merp. Not my personal experience to be fake. But I am genuinely nice to people I DO like and sometimes my niceness gets misunderstood as 'fake.' I've had to defend that before. So maybe that? IP: Logged |

Not the Libra moon I know at all. She's one of the bravest kids I knew as she defied her friends and crowd (including authority figures) when she felt it was important enough. And other kids were adapting themselves to her than the other way around (I found it rather annoying and occasionally disturbing the way some needed her approval so bad).IP: Logged |

Same. But i have aqua ascendant with uranus conjunct Lilith and the midheaven so that all might mitigate things, i don't know. Same also about genuine niceness getting interpreted as fake. I'm a Libra moon and I'm not fake. However, I do believe that every person deserves to be happy. I try to be civil, maybe even "friendly" with everyone - which some may perceive as fake. IP: Logged |

i do that sometimes..i'm sweet yet detached(moon square uranus) to some people i don't really like..many times i'm not saying what i really think or feel..most of the time i'm trying to keep a balance with everyone  IP: Logged |

Libra Moons dislike unharmonious atmospheres. So if I am say working with someone who has vastly different opinions/beliefs than me, I don't pretend to believe something else, but I will keep my opinion to myself and try to see from their point of view in the situation if it will help prevent a dispute or unpleasantness. For me the energy is more about keeping balance and avoiding disputes. But it is very hard on us Libra heavy people as well, because "peace at any price is hard to attain," and we often have to compromise/sacrifice on our part, and sacrifice a lot of our personal feelings/opinions to keep things serene at the odds of being seen as fake or two faced, so it's hard on us as well. It's like just wanting everyone to get along at the same time as letting everyone be themselves, its a really difficult thing to do, I personally think Libra heavy people/placements martyr's a lot of their personality for others for zero recognition and even resentment from others, as well as being taken advantage of and stepped on.IP: Logged |
