Where would you place Sun/Moon/Ascendant in his personality theory where ID = Instinctual Drives (Pleasure Principle), Ego = Reality (Balance Principle) and SuperEgo = Conscience (Morality Principle).
Hope this makes sense lol

Great Topic

I would say Pluto/Mars is the Id.

The Sun/Moon would be the Ego

Maybe, Saturn would be the Super ego

One can also consider Neptune for the "waters" and flows/cycles of the unconscious.

Moon: Id
Sun: Ego
Saturn: Super-Ego

(API, Huber-astrology school)

Pluto cannot represent the "Id", as it is a transpersonal planet, and the Id by definition is very personal (instinctual). That rules out Uranus and Neptune as well btw. (unless we include the trans-personal/trans-cendental sphere as well, but that is more-supra-consciousness I guess)

Personally I like Nordicsoul`s approach (excluding Pluto). To me Mars seems to have a lot to do with "Id", too, even though in an inter-personal sense, more than an intra-personal one.

The ID is not emotions as much as impulses, Ceri.

Yes, exactly. That is what the Moon is about, too.
