Anyone feel like sharing your experiences with transiting Uranus or Pluto hitting your Mars?

Mine is at 26 Capricorn, in my H6. Uranus will come about 2 degrees from squaring my natal Mars in late August...

Anyone have stories or possible interpretations they want to share?

Didn't pay attention to transits until this year, to be honest.

Don't have tr Uranus experiences (that I know of).

The transit mars conjunct natal Pluto happened recently, combined with my Pr Sun-Mars conjunct natal Pluto and completely combusted. Basically, whatever issues were being dealt with silently so far, there was now forceful action taken about them.

Mars-Pluto events, i.e. transits and progressions (although progressions last longer, so they are felt longer) IMO are real crossroads in life. Am in the process of looking up major upheavals in my past, and Mars-Pluto, Sun-Pluto are showing up. Our decisions and actions cause a lot of ripples even in other people's lives at such times. On the plus side, it give you a major boost to achieve your goals/desires (like a nitro-boost in Roadrash). On the downside, if we can't find a way to minimize adverse effects/hurt to people (not saying that always happens, but there is potential), then it results in a lot of burnt bridges. Some intentional, some not so much.

The change wrought about in other people's lives may be a positive one too (at this point, you have a lot of personal power at your disposal). For better or worse, change is on the cards for sure.

The questions one is faced with are heavy. And not without consequences. But it's all part of our spiritual journey.

Will you take this exit off the highway or continue on to Neverland?

I don't know why I didn't notice your response until now, Elysia!

Interesting that Mars/Pluto would be that transformational (WHY is "transformational" underlined in red?? ).

I guess Pluto is inherently transformational, but Mars is just sort of...I don't know. I think I underestimate it, because mine is minimally aspected (a wide square, and a sextile).

I'm well accustomed to Pluto and Uranus in my chart, but my Mars is pretty mellow. Hopefully it will just be very regenerating (and not in a "life after death" sort of way).

Uranus conjunct Mars, square Moon, Venus, and Nodes, and trine Uranus/ascendant, was mostly fun for me. I had that at the same time as my Saturn Return, and I felt more alive, happy, and determined/hopeful. This was the beginning of everything with my sister's husband, and her fighting me on it/blaming me for everything and expecting me to do what she wanted, but I held my own, dealt with things gracefully, and was sure that things would be okay.

Pluto - I've had some really heavy Pluto transits, starting with the opposition to my Mercury, Ceres, Chiron, and Sun when I was around five/six years old, and then its transit through my 1st.

The square to my Mars happened when I was 22/23, I think, along with an opposition to my Moon, Venus, and South Node, and Neptune squaring my ascendant. I stopped drawing and painting, stopped trying to get over my anxiety and agoraphobia, and basically disappeared from the world again for a while. I had my dogs, cats, and family, and I was a hermit for a few years. Uranus/Mars brought me out of it.

Hm. I tend to also lean towards anxiety and very mild agoraphobia (like I should probably just say "social anxiety"). I usually have a pleasant time when I leave the house, but I don't always feel like doing so.

Elysia mentioned a ripple effect with these types of transits, which is interesting, and definitely something to deeply consider, I think.

I'm sorry that things didn't turn out better between you and your sister, Teasel.
I'm still not aware of what happened between you two, but it's clearly been...well, I don't have words for that, because I haven't walked through it. Sending light to you.

Mostly, I worry about my temper and my health with the Uranus/Pluto square hitting my Mars.
I already have Uranus square Mars natally, so I guess if I just exercise a lot or whatever, maybe that will help. Get on a health kick and start exercising rigorously, lol. Mars in my H6 seems like it could respond well to that.

Hey Violets!

Yeah, Pluto is inherently about transformation. It's also about forces outside of our control, in a way. So when it's hitting Mars, it's more of a psychological coercion than anything. That's what I meant by 'forceful action' - the explosive force (Pluto), forcing action (Mars).

Like you're holding a loaded gun and some supernatural force is making your hand pull the trigger.

@teasel,
That's awful, the way you were treated.

What I have found with hard Pluto transits is that if I sort of get the ball rolling preemptively, and go with the flow of the transit in a way that is the most positive for me, it tends to be more tolerable. Stuff will still happen, for sure. But I believe there are ways of flowing with the energies, to a degree.

Pluto/Mars energy is fairly unfamiliar to me though, so it's hard to know.

I am mostly touchy.

Most of the flux is within.
