Basically I've found myself at the receiving end of a power struggle(thanks mars and pluto in 6th lol) with one particular colleague who is in my department above me and who I work closely with. My guess is she's feeling threatened. She's also one of those lovely people that likes to bring others down to make herself feel above them. She is basically undermining me at every opportunity and is now taking parts of my duties away from me, as well as talking to me like ****.
The problems seem to have started when I began to do some other work in other department. Now this was agreed with my boss at the start of my job, that I would do work in other departments when times were slow. So when I had finished all my usual duties I would then ask this colleague if there was anything else she wanted me to do. Now when she said no and I said shall I ask the other departments if they wanted help, she'd say yes and everything was hunky dory.
Well as time went on and I started doing more work in other departments (bearing in mind we're all in the same room) she'd start having paddys, arguing that she's got loads of work for me and all this other bull. It seems to me that she wanted me to be her little b*tch and she felt out of control when I wasn't at her constant beck and call.

The other day I had a bit of a run in with this colleague and the gist of what I told her was that I feel she's keeping work from me/taking work away from me and that I don't appreciate how she's talking to me.

As it stands, my boss is aware that we've had a confrontation (due to her speaking to him) and she has made out that I am just generally unhappy with my job. However given how other people in my office often talk in depth to my boss about what's been going on in the office (as my boss is often not there and when he is he is in a different room) and they have witnessed some of the problem colleague's behaviour towards me (as well as been on the receiving end of it from her too) and the fact that my boss is extremely sharp and intelligent when it comes to people, I'm thinking he has an idea of what's going on here.
I'm just feeling rather helpless in this situation as even if I do approach my boss - (well actually I have to now because of what has happened) the guy who is above the problem colleague is currently a director in her department(soon to be made chairman of the company) and he thinks the sun shines out of her backside lol. Do you think anything can be seen from the chart with regards to how this will be resolved?

You have Mars transiting your packed 6th house and that can add fuel to an already tense place. That is what I see.

Hi AscTaurus, thanks for the reply. Oh I totally feel you on wanting a to work somewhere without having to diffuse battles constantly. It must just be the lesson of a mars in 6th person - lucky us! I've encountered the same problems at previous jobs and as I was younger and more stupid, I didn't handle it very well. I thought I was starting to get somewhere this time but obviously not lol!
I'm a bit worried about the fact I also have transit Saturn conjunct Descendant coming up too, which I've read can also be about enemies making themselves known. Which I'm thinking may be how I experience the transit considering what's been happening at work.
I guess worrying about it is only going to make things worse though. I'll feel better when my boss would grace me with his presence so I can talk to him lol. He's probably hiding from all this - I wouldn't blame him!

I experienced a very lonely and apathetic period when Saturn was in my 7th. It also opposed my Asc and so, I took little interest in how I looked and was generally very down.
